    from my observation....the rifle /optic kit with the red universal torque device seems to be the best one. Alof of the other kits have alot of "extra tools" that isn't needed.

    I have the small combo set with the 2 all in one torque drivers. I recently purchased the ratcheting T handle and it doesn't quite fit in the small case. Guess I'm going to have to up-size to the middle case you shown. Also, thanks for your reviews on Fix it Stick, it helped in my purchasing process.

    I started with the small kit but got the duo case, goal is to go through all my sizes/special items and gather these into a duo, and finally "hopefully" finally not be out a shooting day because I'm missing that one bit or tool🙏🏽 lol. But seriously sucks when you don't have that one item to keep you going. Thanks for the overview!

    Love fix it Stix. The vortex branded one is good too, but I reach for the fix it Stix first.

    Very nice!
    I picked up the medium kit with the long 3/16 ball end for rem 700 actions based on your first reviews...
    I have a fat wrench..But I won't lie it's ugly hahahaha and bulky... and it didn't look like it went with a higher end build hahaha
    A next size up bag would be nice in the future....but atm it's perfect...but I could see how just a little more room would be nice.
    I have lots stuffed into mine...tools for the scopes,lens wipes,q tips, tube of tetra grease, punch for rem trigger.

    Is the first blue tork limiter you show off the small "multi tork" limiter, or a set tork limiter?

    • @FClassJohn
      @FClassJohn  Před 4 měsíci

      It's a set torque limiter. I don't remember what torque it was but probably something like a 16in/lb back when I had a scope mount that required it.

    Can you talk more about the differences between the preset limiters, vs the all in one torque driver? Pros and Cons of both?

    • @FClassJohn
      @FClassJohn  Před 2 lety +2

      I did a whole series of video co wrong all this. You should be able to find them by searching my channel using the word ‘ultimate’ or ‘torque’. I’ve done a number of videos on torque wrenches.

    New viewer here! Thanks for putting the time and effort into your video. I found it to be very helpful.
    I'm also a new Fix It Sticks tool user and I need a case for my new little tool collection. I can't seem to find the smallest case anywhere in stores or online. Would you have an idea of where I can aquire one? I can find the midsized case but I don't like the layout of it.

    Did you move away from using the red all-in-one limiter to the individual limiters? If so, any particular reason why?

    • @FClassJohn
      @FClassJohn  Před 2 lety +1

      The biggest reason I got away from it is that it was very hard for me to read at different angles depending on where I had it on my gun. Also the increments were pretty small so you really had to be precise on where it stopped and pay attention. I went to the individual limiters because I found it a lot easier especially when at the range.
