I am a survivor too . I was careful what I ate before and after people try to tell me I need sugar in my diet (which is not true)and that I deprive myself of too many foods .I try to eat the most healthy way for myself and also for the planet and true I don’t want to harm animals either.I try to have respect for my body first and like to meet others who do the same !! ❤❤❤ I enjoy watching what you like to eat to stay in the best shape .Thank you for sharing !!!❤❤❤

I'm not a survivor, however I try and be healthy. I try and recreate unhealthy foods and make it healthier. I use stevia or monk fruit sugar in place of regular sugar. I also use Gluten free flour in place of all purpose flour.

Hi hope you can answer, I wanna make this too. I just ordered my shea butter soap base, I’m thinking abt mixing it with my 2 fav oils and a cleanser that I use. It’s powdery so I thought abt mixing it with water or the oils. What do you think? Can u give an idea or does it sound good?
