Had she been promised a deal like Jay was for all we know she would have never redacted her initial confession.

The reason he was listed as a suspect in the notes is because he allegedly made some threatening statements about Hae (the detective who wrote the notes has since said this has been misinterpreted but that’s not for me to debate) His name or the second alternative suspect aren’t mentioned by the media but they describe in great detail who he was and his connection to people in the case, most specifically Adnan. The reason Rabia never mentions him is that it would almost definitely implicate Adnan in some way.

He was at school that day, he left for a few hours gave jay his car and cell phone. There's evidence that Jay was definitely involved but not much credible evidence of adnan being involved.

There are several facts of the case that cannot completely be ignored no matter how much you believe Adnan is innocent. One of the biggest things to me that often gets overlooked is that the narrow window in time in which Hae disappears (about 2:15pm-3:30pm) corresponds to the exact block of free time in which Adnan has no obligations and cannot account for.

Jay Wild also told Jennifer Pusateria that Adnan strangled Hae Min Lee, a fact not released by the authorities. Jennifer picked up Jay and saw Syed at Westview Mall after Adnan buried Lee and disposed of shovels there. Despite Jay's defensive, and understandable inconsistencies, why would he implicate himself? Why didn't Adnan try paging or calling Hae during the 6 weeks she was missing? This case is obvious, which is why Adnan was convicted. What's happening now is a prosecutor who also wants to exploit Lee's death to further her career. I don't know who is worse, Sarah Koenig, for producing a podcast that kept so many tuned in by making them think Syed might be innocent or this prosecutor who has let a cold blooded, unremorseful, murdering POS free.
