    Hi Fernanda,
    I am a daca recipient and I am preparing for the consular processing. I am very nervous and worried that I get stuck in my home country because the agent that does the interview might not know what im talking about when I tell them that I live in the US and I have no unlawful presence. Also, don't have a reentry I have not left the US since I came in (EWI). so my question to you is how do you prove the agent that you have had been having daca and didn't let yourself accrue unlawful prensen. TIA and im sorry if the route you took was the waiver (601a)

  • @guadalupedelacruz1238
    @guadalupedelacruz1238 Před 2 lety +2

    Hi I have a question did you list exactly what documents they requested one of my friends just told me they requested i-797c but I have never heard that… can you confirm if they requested that document? I’m getting my green card through my husband I know different documents are requested by who’s petitioning you.

    • @Fernandabuenn
      @Fernandabuenn  Před 2 lety

      The I-797c is just a generic “receipt” notice that they send whenever they approve certain documents. You should have received one for your I-130. Did you ever submit that one?

But I would not recommend going out at night because there’s not a lot of lights and the cars drive crazy so you dont want to get hit by a car. But in the day time it’s safe.

    Hey Fernanda! I have my appointment in May and came across your video. Very helpful! I have a question, were you required to have a waiver? I’ve had DACA since I was 17 and was told I don’t need the waiver because of that.
    Also, any chance you can talk more about your travel? I want to fly to El Paso and take a cab to Juarez, not sure where I find a safe cab there. Also, when you left, did you take a cab through the border? That sounds expensive with the wait time at the border.

      Telling Us The Case Has Now Been Moved To Juarez, Mexico.
      That The US Embassy Will Be Sending Us An Appointment Soon.
      Finally!!!
      My Questions Are;
      1) Did Your Lawyer Request Your Most Recent “Check Stubs”?
      Right Before You Where Heading To Juarez, Mexico.
      2) And Did The US Embassy Ask Anything About The Sponsors Income.
