Medical Exam for Greencard Interview | CIUDAD JUAREZ

  • This was my experience during the medical exam for the greencard interview in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. Honestly was very simple and the nurses and workers were great. Building looked new and clean. The area was a bit worn down but still felt safe. Majority of people in that area are there for the same reason. The clinic is about a 2min walk from the consulado and about a 6min walk from CAS. Everything is a walkable distance away from each other.
    I will be making a CAS(biometrics) and Consulate Interview video soon so subscribe to be notified when it's up.
    GOODLUCK on your greencard journey!

    My wife just did her medical at the same clinic on 20 June 2022. She wore a slip over dress with sandals which made the physical very easy. She wore no jewellery either. They did not pull blood or do a urinalysis on her but she said they were on 80% of the people. They gave her 4 vaccinations (she is 48 and does not have her shot records from when she was a kid). Her tab was 10,000 pesos or $500. It took right at 3 hours start to finish. There are now only 2 clinics doing medicals and only this one will make appointments. I just thought you might like updates since it’s been many months since your medical. Thanks for your videos.

    Hi,
    Quick Questions …
    Was Your Shot Record Any Good?
    I Seen There Not Even Asking For It Now.
    And They Are Only Requiring (4) Vaccines For Age 19-50ish.
    My Husband Would Like To Get Them Here In Texas.
    Before Heading To Juarez, Mexico.
    I Hear They Are Charging Lots Of Money At The Clinic.
    I Wonder Why…

    • @Fernandabuenn
      @Fernandabuenn  Před 2 lety +1

      My vaccine record was helpful. Some vaccines need a booster shot every 4 years or so like the tdap so if he hasn’t had that in a while he may need to get it redone. They’re expensive in general but I’m thinking even more so I’m Mexico because they don’t accept insurance.

    • @Fernandabuenn
      @Fernandabuenn  Před 3 lety +2

      Yes that’s true! The interview date they give you in the email is the first half where they take some main paperwork like your passport, husbands birth certificate(if it’s a spouse sponsor) and medical paper work. But bring all your paper work because every case is different and you don’t know what they’ll ask for. Then they’ll give you a paper with a date to return for the second part which is the actual interview part. Mine was the next day at 7am.
