This is the stage music for at least one of the fortress stages in Zero 1, most likely the Neo Arcadia Shrine and Neo Arcadia Elevator stages.
Zero: This is definitely the second toughest fight I've ever been in.

Only X series Zero is an assist trophy, Zero series Zero can still get in. It’s very unlikely, but it’s not impossible.

Is it just me, or does the Enemy Hall theme strike me as a spiritual successor to Wily Stage 1 from Mega Man 2? They're both catchy, memorable as hell, and just a blast to listen.

I agree concurrently with that. Both tracks just emanate that “It’s time to put a stop to this madman” energy. *Also while MM2 Wily 1 IS overrated, that doesn’t give you the excuse to call it downright bad, guys.*
No X series enemies added in the bunch obviously. Weil needs at least 8 more games plus, spin offs worth of robots all at once to challenge Zero properly.

Enemy Hall only in the first and second parts of the Neo Arcadia stages. Once you climb up the tower and defeat Rainbow Devil, it plays Neo Arcadia in the following area where you re fight the Muto's Reploids, the Guardians, and finally Copy X himself. Trust me, i used to play these games to death.
Though there are certain bosses still missing (maybe because they are relevant... although there Is one Irrelevant here too >.
