This is the theme of the Sub Arcadia stage in Zero 3, where Zero initially intends to track down and fight Weil but ends up fighting Phantom's ghost and the Baby Elves instead.
There isn't enough art of Zero fighting the Baby Elves, or at least not in the places I look. I guess a hero delivering a deadly dicing to two children doesn't make a good subject, no matter how annoying and indirectly responsible for death and destruction they are. - Hudba

Rockman ZX Ultimus- T22: Hell's Gate Open II (Mysterious Lab)
It's a remix of Zero's theme from Megaman X1. I think in the track list it's called "Theme of Zero (From Megaman X)". All that theme is a remix of the aforementioned theme with an additional melody to extend the song a bit (The one from X1 was really just the same two or three parts). Really the theme was just a throwback and a very nice X-series reminder. But, if you're referring to the level itself, it's the Pre-Historic Laboratory. Hopefully I got some of your question.
