Tu en la primera mision (intro stage) alcansaste 99 de puntuacion pero yo alcanse la puntuación maxima (100), eso que sin jugar de esa manera.
Eso debido a de que te desvias un poco para matar más enemigos, él va siempre a full para llegar lo más rápido posible al final

I thought you had to obtain all Secret Disks.
And do you need to press any buttons like with hard mode?
Get all secret disks on one file and hold R while starting a new game.

Simply clear the game in Normal Mode and it will be unlocked
