New CV Axle Assembly from 1AAuto.com 1aau.to/ia/1AACV00362
This video shows you how to install a new driver side CV axle on your 2008-2012 Honda Accord. A CV axle has flexible joints. Often, these joints wear out, or seize from contaminants due to the protective boot tearing open. A worn joint is prone to breakage, or other hazards. If your vehicle needs a new CV axle, install a quality TRQ axle that is engineered to your vehicle’s specifications.
This process should be similar on the following vehicles:
2008 Honda Accord
2009 Honda Accord
2010 Honda Accord
2011 Honda Accord
2012 Honda Accord

Just did my axel shaft. Waiting on the following days to check everything is still in order. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Saves me at least 500
This Honda loves you ! 😂 but in all seriousness thank you for providing these videos they have helped me a lot! Keep up the great work 👏🙏
Very helpful, thank you for taking the time to do the video.
I love your videos man! Straight to the point, very elaborate but also quick to the point with everything and all the parts. I would love to know what digital torque wrench(s) you used tho.
Why is the trq axle missing the balancing ring on the intermediate shaft?
Did you guys not use new seals?
Thanks to youre video, i already replace all 4 shock struts on my 2008 Honda accord sedan
superb video I must say!
Great video
Well I messed up changing out my shocks and springs thanks!
You do very good job easy learning but I like your tools where you buy that’s tools..? Thanks
I may have missed it in the vid, but don't you have to preload the suspension before torquing everything?
My lower ball joint broke pulling the axle out of the metal part you are prying to get out of the transmission. It does not want to come out!! Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!
Just installed the A1 auto axles and now I feel vibrations under load at 15-30mph. Any ideas?
I usually leave the upper ball joint in tact and remove lower ball joint and tie rod so the whole knuckle pivots out at the bottom
I noticed that the old CV Axle had a damper on it while the new one didn't. How come? I'm only asking because the damper on my axle is beginning to perish and was looking at getting the damper replaced only to learn that the part is discontinued.
In my personal opinion after doing the hub assembly and lower ball joint on this side id remove the whole knuckle just to get it full out of the way and the axle with be easier to remove
Thanks
Does this work on the v6 too?
idk about the part . but its the same process for all 2008 to 2012
Seams like you would want to inspect the old axle shaft seal.. before putting it all back together…?
That subframe needs sanding and a good undercoating followed by surface shield
I foresee a lot of people snapping bolts with their impacts.
That left side rotor should be on the right side. reason those hole patterns should be spinning the downwards not upwards
Firestone is want 400 for just my cv. With this and help my friend I can do it for 130 and pizza
Doing this job with my brother this weekend I’ve been driving with Shot Axel Bearings since I bought the thing but once said and done it’s still a certified shit box
Go ahead. 🤦
what a rust bucket
