CZcams Premium is great for heavy consumers of either CZcams or CZcams Music. CZcams Premium removes ads from those services, lets you listen on a mobile device while CZcams or CZcams Music is running in the background, lets you download videos to watch offline, and more. If you gave CZcams Premium a try but don't feel like it's right for you, cancelling your subscription is easy. In this video I'll walk you through how to cancel CZcams Premium in both the CZcams mobile app for iPhone, iPad and Android devices, and also through the CZcams.com website.
First, let's walk through how to cancel CZcams Premium in the CZcams mobile app on an iPhone, iPad or Android device.
Step 1. Launch the CZcams mobile app on your iPhone, iPad or Android device. You'll land on your CZcams home screen.
Step 2. Tap your profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen. A menu appears.
Step 3. Tap "Paid Memberships" in the menu. The Memberships screen appears.
Step 4. Tap your active CZcams Premium subscription. A screen appears with information about your CZcams Premium subscription. Tap "Manage" on this screen. The native web browser on your device will open to your CZcams Memberships.
Step 5. Tap your active CZcams Premium subscription again. That section will expand. Tap "Deactivate" in the expanded section. A window appears asking if you want to pause your CZcams Premium subscription instead.
Step 6. Click "Continue to Cancel" to move forward with cancelling your CZcams Premium subscription. A dialog box appears asking why you're cancelling your CZcams Premium subscription. A window appears asking if you want to cancel CZcams Premium. Click "Yes, Cancel" to cancel your CZcams Premium subscription. A dialog box appears informing you that your subscription is cancelled. Click "Close" in the dialog box. You'll be returned to the Memberships screen, where you'll still see CZcams Premium as an active paid membership, but you'll now see a Benefits End date field in the box for that subscription that identifies the date you've paid for CZcams Premium through.
Now let's walk through the steps to cancel a CZcams Premium subscription on the CZcams.com website.
Step 1. Open a web browser, navigate to CZcams.com, and then log into your account if prompted. You'll arrive at your CZcams home page.
Step 2. Click your profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen. A menu appears.
Step 3. Click "Paid Memberships" in the menu. The Memberships screen appears.
Step 4. Click "Manage Membership" to the right of your active CZcams Premium subscription in the Memberships section to open a drop-down menu.
Step 5. Click "Deactivate" in the drop-down menu. A window appears asking if you want to pause your CZcams Premium subscription instead.
Step 6. Click "Continue to Cancel" to move forward with cancelling your CZcams Premium subscription. A dialog box appears asking why you're cancelling your CZcams Premium subscription.
Step 7. Choose your reason for cancelling CZcams Premium, and then click "Next." A window appears asking if you want to cancel CZcams Premium. Click "Yes, Cancel" to cancel your CZcams Premium subscription. A dialog box appears informing you that your subscription is cancelled. Click "Close" in the dialog box. You'll be returned to the Memberships screen, where you'll still see CZcams Premium as an active paid membership, but you'll now see a Benefits End date field in the box for that subscription that identifies the date you've paid for CZcams Premium through. - Jak na to + styl

It should be illegal for a company to automatically set customers up for auto renew and make it next to impossible to figure out how to shut it off.

Don't sign up with Raw Pixel for images. They have the same shady business practice. It should be illegal for companies to set up auto renew and make it impossible to figure out how to shut off automatic payments.

Hi Max, thanks for your video. I can't find a deactivate funtion when clicking on 'active subscriptions'. It only has the option 'extend' ('verlengen' in Dutch) the free trial period. Do you have an advise? Thanks in advance!

i canceled it through my iphone settings and when i checked it, it was still there and i still had youtube premium . when i did this method it said “ renew instead of “ deactivate “ so is it gone or no ? ☠️

CZcams said that when the trial is only 7 days left to expire they will inform me about this but its just 2 days left for me and they did not say anything about it..

I do not have the same setup as your video shows. I do not have a "Memberships" choice. I have a 'Subscription and purchases" choice that does not give me any options. What do you suggest? Sir thank you so much and it's ridiculous how hard they made the cancellation start process so hard to find. Who woulda fig out to click on their yt profile in order to start cancellation. Yes it's easy once you showed us, but the problem was how to find out where to go to do so.

I've used YT premium last year and cancelled it 3 weeks before the expiration date, I didn't get charged after the free trial ended, it'll automatically go back to ordinary youtube without premium benefits.
Even if you cancelled youtube premium, you'll still have YT premium benefits until the date of expiration. You will not get charged

It should not charge you after the trial if you cancel it prior to the trial ending. You'll have service through the end of the trial, and then it will just stop.

If you cancelled, it will continue through the period you've paid through, and then it will stop.

It will look like that until you reach the end date of the trial, then it will move to expired. You should be good.
If I pause it can it be paused until I unpause it or will it unpause on its own after a certain time

For anyone wondering, your subscription will still be active but it will end after the free trial so you won’t be charged. So make the most of your premium before the month trial is over, and don’t worry about having to pay for anything

Except you need to delete bank card from Google pay but you can't, because CZcams premium is "active"

I accidentally bought youtube premium, and I cancelled it quickly, I had my dad's card on my phone so I remover the card of my phone, also I'm seeing that ppl get charged after the free trial and it's making me scared, I don't want my dad too lose 12.00 every month because it's hard too get a money at the moment, I'm hoping that I'll get regular youtube and hopefully they just take only 12 dollars, nothing more or no money at all. Guys, I think you can only deactivate premium if you are using the paid version, not the free trail.

After clicking in the profile ikon, paid memberships option is not showing in the next screen. If I am going through Purchases and memberships, then the 'deactivate' screen is not showing. Instead it is showing' Top Up' screen. Also payment details are not showing. What to do cancel the premium membership ?
thankyou, I did everything relegiously as you describe but when you get to the stage that asks for your reason for leaving it STOPS does not acknowledge ANY of the reasons and therefore will go no further, just kept doing this, same thing

Thanks Max. I'm cancelling but subscribed to a secondary account for security reasons. There must be a facility to transfer a YT Premium account to another account by the same person, or a separate password for YT Premium and other Gmail apps.

I use an older iMac OSX version 10.8.5 and I also have an Apple TV first gen. For a long time I've enjoyed ad free CZcams on the Apple TV and pay AUD $14.99/mo for this. I also recently took a free 30 days trial CZcams account so I could be ad free on my iMac also, just like on my TV. My fear is I will be charged twice when the 30 days ends. I don't need two CZcams accounts nor want to pay twice. Help !

I appreciated this video. I signed up for you tube premium music. I put in all my music preferences which was over 100 artists. Then I tried to open and listen to my music and couldn't get it to work. It was so frustrating that I have chosen to quit membership. Ok honest confession, I couldn't figure out how to run the sight and I am not computer expert, or even close to manage anything computer like opening files, to put in my favorite recipes, or select open and fill files on my tablet. I spend more time on you tube then most people. It is the only thing overloading my usage on my battery or storage area. I was glad to see this and did sorta of what he said. But, I didn't get reason for quoting you tube or an email area when The free trial and or membership would end. So will go try it again. Wish me luck and thank you for your helpful video.

I did not sign up for a CZcams Music Premium membership. Someone sent me a link to a CZcams music song, and opening it must have enabled the Trial membership. I have followed your directions on both my iMac Pro Chrome browser and my iPhone iOS browser, and do not see the option to cancel my "membership". What triggered my inquiry is that I received a "You're now at CZcams Music Premier member" email today. How do I cancel something that I did not subscribe to?
