A true Fashionista isn't afraid to be vulnerable 💅 and that means that sometimes we cry during our fashion reviews lol
The point of fashion is to go out and wear something that’ll give you the power to stand in that room. The internet is full of critics who might not like what you wear- but the clothes are for you, not them! It’s okay laugh and have fun if you don’t like what other people wear, so long as you respect what they were going for. You both looked great, and there’s no need to feel guilty about these videos when we’re all just having a laugh.

I like Kodys suit a lot, but it looks a bit ill fitted. Kelsey, I love her, but I don't like the dress. The color is stunning, but it drowns her. Because there is no belt or accent, it legitimately just looks like they wrapped a sheet around her. She has such a beautiful figure and I feel like there was a way to accentuate that while being classy. The color, stunning, the dress, not so much. It literally looks like just a plaint sheet that was tied.
I def agree. kelsey is so stunning, but that dress drowns her. There is like you said no accent and it just looks like someone wrapped a sheet around her. I do like kodys suit, but there is something throwing me off about it, I just dont know what it is.

I think there's a huge difference between criticizing an outfit and criticizing a person. You guys never criticize the people in the clothes, just the clothes themselves. You recognize that there's a human being in the clothing with feelings.

i need cody and kelsey to be invited to more red carpets because i love all these full circle moments. also kelsey is so so sweet for not wanting to be mean. but none of the fashion reviews ever felt mean, it was just genuine personal commentary on the fashion they are seeing and nothing ever felt malicious.

Important to remember celebs are people too and often stylists pick the best thing out of someone’s closet b/c it’s unrealistic to expect custom gowns for all events. With that said, I appreciate fashion reviews as a unique form of discussion on art that we don’t see often with other mediums. This video kept me laughing.
I honestly don't care about all these awards shows....but I hope they keep happening cus I expect an outfit review video from these two a week or so after the event
