You have inspired me to try wearing a belt again and possibly tuck in my top when wearing a 3rd piece. I live in Florida, so rather than a blazer, I like a kimono. Just so you know, you rocked EVERY look!
I promise I shall.. i haven’t looked for summer clothes yet as we rarely need them here lol but I’m thinking I’ll start with some dresses whilst searching for summer stuff xx
The most flattering skirts I have are peplum pencil skirts, it can be dressed up or dressed down easily with shoes and accessories. You look so good in everything!

Also, a completely monochrome outfit, even in a striking colour like red. Finally, a jean jacket adds structure but is still casual. Better than a hoodie, which makes me look like a potato.

Hi Marleen, you looked good in everything. Are the trousers from SHEIN? You make them look so good. I’m abit worried to buy trousers and jeans from there in case they don’t fit and then you got the hassle of sending back but looking at you, maybe I will. I’m trying to find the perfect wide leg trousers. Well, and jeans, that aren’t bell bottoms because if your plus size, they make not only the waist bigger but the legs as well. During the winter and gall i wear quilted and knit vests they do slim my tummy well. And i eben have a thin vest for warmet weather with front zipped pockets for when walking my pup. And yrs i put on my brown wide leather belt for hands gree walking plus he cant pull my back out og place. Best $37.00 i 've spent amish made .

I found a blavk catgo skort judt above the knee and i wish i had bought all 3 colors because they had sold out when i returned for them. But i sure do wear it a lot in spring and summer and a navy stretck judt above knee shorts. Im sure going too make more colors in the navy shorts because tjey are the perfect fit. I have too wear tank tops under all my clothes for a bra with double pocket short sleeves for warmer weather. Allergic too laytex.
Hoi sweet Marleentje, I forgot to tell you that i have a stomac and hanging-belly bump (it forms a reverse 3 so to speak). I looks like I have a waist (also on the sides) but it gives me problems with clothing and most of all with tucking in or tops/shirts/sweaters!!! So I have not really an apple shape but an apple-hourglass/plus size hourglass(??) kind of shape HAHA. Like a 8 with big rounds ROFL. So that creates other problems, do you not think so? It is annoying. I so love your style, all you do even if I'm not a fan of all the colors you like, you look amazing in them anyway!! You rock them sweetie! The blazer looks great on you. It just feels too much for my casual style. I have a huge selection of cardigans though. For all seasons and colors. My other issue is that my tummy isn’t round. It comes in at my waist and goes out from there (top and bottom) like my fluff is cinched in at the waist naturally. Any ideas?
I believe you have a B belly, that’s what I have. Top belly and a bottom belly? A blazer can look fab with casual styles, try one over a hoodie? That’s very on trend. If you still prefer your cardigans, but want a change, try adding a shoulder pad to the cardigan. I will give a little more structure. I got a big bag of them on Amazon for not a lot. Hope that helps x
That much depends on what you would like. I do both. I often wear a belt the same colour as I top, especially if I want to lower my waistline. Often I match my belt to my shoes but I prefer simple neutral outfits. Some prefer to make accessories a big splash of colours. Play around and see what you prefer x
I fully get that, the wide leg is a little harder on less tall.. first I’d say try and order a pair and simply try them on, try with diffent shoes, create a few outfits and then snap a few pictures. Then return them if you’re not fully in love. If you still want too, play around with different kinds and different widths. You may need to go closer to a strait leg but wide enough to still have the skimming effect on the belly. The only way (I’m sorry to say) is trial and error. If you love the style you can definitely find a pair but yes it will take time. Best of luck xx

I want to like blazers, but I feel like I look like a linebacker . As an apple I already have shoulders and boobs and I feel like blazers add more here where I don't need more. Advice?
You could try a collarless blazer or you can try a cardigan instead. I would just add a should pad if you have droopy shoulders like me. A jacket (like the French Parisian style ones, without too much detail can also work well for us xx
Omg I suffer as well with my body uncomfortably built as well and I promise it’s a job trying to dress this mess lol . I wear a lot of black for sure I like dresses better than skirts because I don’t have to try and find a waist that isn’t there. jeans are not my friend because if they have pockets on them they the pockets touch each other because the lack of butt is not there Jesus thank you for what you have given us but please help us to fix it….

Keep watching my videos I’m sure there are plenty you can adapt to your hot weather. I however live in Ireland. It’s rarely too warm here!

My problem is that I live in a very hot climate. No jeans blazers trousers layers etc.
