It would make a great Arduino/STM32 project. I've done it with the Yamaha battery before. Spesh are charging over a grand for a 700W/h..insane
Great.. My Brose Bmz batteri has been stolen. Do you know if i Can substitute it with another battery? All other batteries have only output pins, the Brose Bmz has 6 pins. 😅

Another interested here, Specialized bateries are shit! I dont want to buy a new specialized battery, I would like to remove the shit of BMS of specialized battery and use a standard BMS. guy use chinese GD32 instead STM32, full compatible and available
Hi, I'am in search of this hacking for more than 1 year to repair my ebike with a brose S-Alu motor. This cause BMS of battery broken. Now I was studing about how to change the board inside the Brose motor and substitute this with a VESC flipsky ESC. But if you find a way to build a new BMS board that can communicate with the board inside the Brose motor it will be wonderfull! Please, give us any news about the progress of this project
I am using fsesc 6.6 with panasonic 2-speed motor on flyer uproc 7 frame. No speed and power limit. Custom battery shape, but no speed sensor, no brake and shifting sensor, no torque sensor. Only cadense sensor and accelerator.
mr.unlock, could you give info how to buy this setup to get communication to motor working without org battery? Or can you share your know how to buildt this chip? Thanks

Hi , that processor is hard to read ( is secured ... ) , and if firmware is read ( or find somewhere ... ) must be reverse engineered witch is also hard ( must be " friend" with IDA ... ) .
@@ebikeunlock I believe we already have programmers to break this renesas security, I think about just transferring the hexes from a good one to the processor in "locked" security mode, even automotive airbag microcontrollers, we have reference voltage that when lost it goes into safety.
Hi , i need to port it to a new processor or wait until stm32 processors become available again . If you can sell about 10 pcs i can make porting to a new processor faster . ( And not wait until ~ 06.2022 )

avec la plaque moteur brose d'origine il n'en a pas, mais l'annuler est possible oui.
