Tu lam taught me to not be around negative people
Training your mind is the hardest and most important thing in your life.
To be aware is to be our own personal philosopher and bend every aspect of what we experience. When we become more aware, we make more conscious choices that feed our desires and what we need most. The more we experience, the more aware we become and this requires the vision to take the road less walked in order for ourselves to properly grow.
So thankful for Tu Lam. Incredible person that shares so much truth with all of us through his own life experiences. We all can learn so much and grow in our character.
I suffered abuse many of times, I was recently diagnosed with mental health conditions. Firstly I turned to nature, spirituality and questioning my purpose of life. I am up and down a lot although I do believe and practice meditation, natural healing and mindfulness. I seem to dip which causes me pain
Met Mr. Lam this weekend for his pistol/rifle course. He told me “The truth lies within…” I walked away with a complete different perspective in life. Thank you MulliganBrothers for this and Thank you Mr. Lam for all of your wisdom and knowledge. “What we do for ourselves dies with us alone, what we do for others stays in this world and remains immoral.”
