Not every day you see two 834b’s sending it!!!! I do love watching race videos but to be honest these slower/easy runs make gawking at the cars so much more enjoyable 😃
Javelin! This was the one that started it all for me when I was a kid. The older neighbor kid gave me his half built javelin kit when he graduated high school. I was in 6th grade. I ram that car clear up to my early 20’s
Thank you Paul. The Knox crew really put in a top effort to create this event and yes the track was really something else. A lot of fun was had by all for this event.
Viewed this at least 3 times now, the modern day buggies are faster and better equipped but they don't compare to the 80s and 90s cars. Not by a long shot.
@@bradkalman2353 we do alright over here Brad. Rather than think on the things we don't have such as your red clay, what we do have are facilities with old school dirt tracks and the people behind them to make these events a reality. I promise you this, of the 110+ entered racers, absolutely nobody complained about a thing all weekend long 😎. The vintage scene here is going from strength to strength.

That's super to hear that. I started out with the mk1 Optima back then too and quickly added a Javelin cage to mine and raced it that way

@@Bormac073 I think you guys have the best tracks in the industry for rcs for outside tracks I wish there were some of yours like that in Ohio.
Is it hard to find 1 of these that is good to race keen to try it
