Nuzlocke Ruleset:
1. If a Pokémon faints, then it must be permanently boxed.
2. I can only catch the first encounter on each Route.
3. No bag items in battle, except for pokéballs. (Held items are allowed)
4. Must be played on "Set" battle mode.
5. Cannot level over the next gym leader/elite 4's highest level pokémon.

I’d love to see a Locke with no super-effective moves in Gym battles. Not added to THIS ruleset, since setup and other types of planning (banned here) become hugely important.

You should do a nuzlocke where you only use pure pokemon, you know, the ones with only one type
That’s called a monotype-only run. Which is very different than a “monotype run,” where you pick a type and secondary typings become much more important.

idea for run Ive been cookin up is to match the amount of pokemon of each trainer, gym leader, ect. You call out before battle what mons are battling. Call it like Hardcore Nuzlocke but its fair.

So a deathless hardcore just sounds like a one death run, which is already a thing. I've never understood the no death nuzlockes because... well that's not a nuzlocke. You lost one pokemon, you usually build around it and figure out a plan. But In a one death you don't have that core aspect of nuzlockes. Good video though!
Very true, while planning around deaths practices finding a solution given limited tools, this challenge practicing, using all the tools at your disposal to your absolute best ability
It literally is a nuzlocke. You play by the exact same ruleset except now the lose condition is more extreme.

Can you beat a pokemon hardcore nuzlocke of your game of choice with only gym leaders strongest pokemon (gym leaders from every game allowed)
Maybe for more of a challenge while having variety, limit it to the aces of only the first 2 or 3 gym leaders of each region, i.e.:
Onix, Starmie, (Raichu)
Pidgeotto, Scyther, (Miltank)
Nosepass, Makuhita, (Magneton)
Craniados, Roserade, (Lucario)
Pansage/sear/pour, Watchog, (Leavanny)
Vivillon, Amaura, (Howlucha)
Its wouldnt be so hard :/

Don't fight anybody on unova victory road/ last route. 3rd time you should get em. White 2 is alot easier to Nuzlocke than i remember due to loads of good options. Just did the same challenge deathless a few weeks back
yeah I thought the last guy runs in a circle but he actually stops, spins, then starts running which was my bad
Don't get me wrong,I thoroughly enjoy watching your videos, but the rules get kinda bent when in gyms and the pokemon goes over the level cap and are still being used.. technically you'd have to switch out as soon as they leveled up but regardless you're an awesome person to watch, subscribed!
If I am the first Nuzlocker you have watched, then you may not quite know the rules. Level Caps apply only BEFORE challenging the gym leader, once you challenge the leader, the level cap jumps to the next one.

First
