Just had an idea for the Yurei: What if, when the Yurei finishes a hunt where it was actively chasing a player, but did not catch that player, it then returns to the ghost room and smashes the door behind itself (cause he an angy boi lol). This would give us the option to do a Yurei-Test without making it too obvious
I think a cooler idea for lethality is if a Yurei is within 3 meters of a player, it will begin to close doors randomly in a slightly larger radius, which can be in a way the Yurei trying to slow down the player(by making them run into a door when they don't expect it). I think the Yurei should also just simply be doing its ability more frequently, but maybe the door slam effect should only have a probability of occurring, so it drains more sanity overall but you'll see the door slamming at about the same rarity. I had a really good Yurei once, it smacked me with the ability 4 times(basement Tanglewood) and it was really obvious because imagine coming up the stairs to a closed door 4 times in a short span of time. Crucifix was burned so early if it weren't for the door slams I'd have thought it was an early hunter. This is what all Yureis should be like: masters of insanity.

I think it was Insym who in an older video discussed the specific abilities and quirks giving ghosts a personality, and especially the Yurei and Goryo lacking that, which is more of a reason for them to be disliked than being difficult to find out on no-evidence runs. A yurei slamming the door to the ghost room after a hunt, or perhaps even only being able to hunt depending on the door being open would give it a lot of personality. Conversely the Goryo could hunt sooner when being ignored, for example when the ghost room is empty with the door closed, and having more difficulty hunting if an camera is in the room with them, being kind of the antithesis to the Yurei who wants to be left alone, and (very) loosely tying into goryo mythology.

Luckily over the last few years we've had fiber Internet so it hasn't been as much of an issue, but when you live in a crowded apartment block with cable this is an all too common occurrence and there's nothing you can do about it... Unless you wanna try to give your neighbors a computer virus. Lol
1:07:47 how image rendering works (within unity) is that you actually take a texture, convert it to a sprite, assign borders and use that in the image rendering component to render out your cursor. Because normal textures are static data, you can't change the girth. If the sprite should be rendered procedurally, that would be possible, but otherwise not. Changing the size looks like it changes the scale of the object itself and nothing else :) 1:10:32 That's also because probably the change of the cursor is dependent of the interactable function which for most first person controller uses a raycast from the camera to the direction you're looking and that default position happens to be the center of the camera

the video simply vanished as i was watching it, i refreshed the tab and the video vanished, i think the video was either privated or taken down due to some sort of copyright issue

There's no live for his paper's please playtrhoughs, nor his Lobotomy Corp, nor the SCP with mago and Jojo etc. I can't find ANY of them. I get that there's videos but I'd much rather watch the uncut versions. And the vod's channel always seems to be weeks behind. :/

Yeah that's limited to multiplayer. Each player can only have one tier selected.
