We arrived at 7:30 PM and were surprised to find a surprisingly short line, just perfect for hungry travelers like us. We ordered a mouth-watering array including flat iron steak, whole pulled hog, smoked cauliflower, chori-papas, delicious cobbler, and much more. Each dish was beautifully smoked, encapsulating the authentic and robust flavors of Texas BBQ.
But the food isn't the only star here; the exceptional level of service truly made our visit memorable. The staff went above and beyond, ensuring our BBQ feast was as delightful as it was delicious. 🌟
