Welcome to training fellow Pac-Rimian! My name is Lee Weiland, Co-Founder & CEO of Pacific Rim Athletics, LLC and Creator of "Powerbatics."
Our mission is to help people of all ages, levels, and backgrounds achieve Total Body Mastery through Powerbatics Training.
And me and my Team of Doctorate Physical Therapists and Elite Athletes/Coaches have helped 1000's of people do just that.
And you can hear from countless students (ages 3 to 83 featured in all of our videos) who've trained from scratch and through past injuries to become highly advanced...
Gaining Press Handstands, 1 Arm Pullups, and Human Flags just to name a few...not to mention incredible Powerbatics' skills...
While radically transforming their bodies and minds for the better.
We believe 1:1 Coaching (face-to-face and online) when combined with Positive Community guarantees the very best of safe, effective outcomes.
To that end, we ONLY offer FREE content...in order to inspire you to become a stronger version of yourself (and not to be confused with real, transformative coaching).
If you would value further information--and transformation--we suggest opting-in for our Free Training and then booking a Complimentary Coaching Session to do a deep-dive on your current situation and goals.
    Blessings!
I look forward to everything you're going to achieve!

Thank you for an awesome alternative to lunges! For YEARS I've been fighting my natural physiology with 90° lunges while experiencing no improvements around knee or hip. These alts were a little hard at first set but I could finally FEEL those muscles I had failed hitting before. WOW. No longer fearing the angle! I'll update after a few weeks of daily incorporation.

Great vid got me thinking of new ways to improve my legs as someone who has had a sprained ankle this is especially useful keep it up.
I'd like to ask is it bad that my ankle cracks (with no pain like knuckles) when I take my knees over my toes in a deep / 1-leg squat?

Thanks. Could be a number of reasons but popping is synovial fluid which is *typically* normal. Just no sharp pains and don't train through pain. Much love 🙂❤️💪

PATIENCE and proper progressions (how bout that alliteration 😂) in all things. And have a coach/physio-therapist be it us or otherwise that can help guide you the journey 🙂❤️💪

Discipline: That is my worst enemy on achieving anything that I've ever athletically attempted. My patience or interest shifts just as fast as a summer breeze. I'll be 62 soon, am in the worst shape of my entire life. What would you advise, through your methodology, so that I can see and feel results; not the maximum results, but just something to keep one (myself) on the program and not quit?
    Thank you for your time.

    • @LeeWeiland

That's 99% most folks problem too. Accountability, coaching, and a positive community of like-minded people. That'll keep you going for years.

This is so true. I tried a cart full last week and I landed pretty weird at one attempt. If I wouldn't be flexible, I'd peobably ended up with a sprained ankle and a painful hip
