I've never been to a beach before, but I HAVE played sports before, so I'm gonna give it my best.

They do have different frisbees for different ranges, the driver is weighted and balanced to go further and the putters are much heavier to be more accurate

Regrettably, I actually owned this game way back when. Thankfully, I didn't spend any money on it. Big Beach Sports was given to me as a 'prize' for working with the school on an art project.

Can I just say what a wonderful comfort you boys have been through lockdown? I think it’s important to laugh daily if not on the hour. Thank you so much Ben & Peter for being extremely funny but also perfect together. Idk why but seeing good friends be that is good for my soul.

Bocce is Italian for Lawn Bowling. It's a very fun game!
Fun fact: Bocce is a more common term than bowls the US because it was popularized here by Italian immigrants, though it’s most commonly referred to as lawn bowling. They’re basically the same game (both are descended from games played by the ancient Romans) but there are some subtle differences in the rules, also unlike bowls bocce can typically be played on any surface.
“Terrible beach games” has become my favorite WGE subgenre.

In Australia this was the game every Wii owner seemed to have but nobody wanted to play. I had one friend who loved it for some reason

Oh hey, PALGN! There's a name I haven't heard for a long time. I did some work for them during my uni years, and moderated their forums.
Sadly defunct now, but was an Australian/UK based (hence PAL) centric games news site in the late 90s through to mid 2010s.
I always pronounced it Pal-gee-en, but palgun works too.

My neighbours had this as a kid, I always saw it in their collection, and I don’t think we ever played it. We maybe booted it up but I don’t remember ever playing the game. I think we all knew it wasn’t of the highest quality.

Bonus science fact: Some of the menu sound effects sound suspiciously similar to sound effects from Donald Duck: Goin' Quackers.
I mean, they most likely took it from a stock library, but I remember them very distinctly from that game. They're surprisingly satisfying sound effects.

This game was very fun to play whilst drunk with my uni housemates. We often needed a chill out game after our intense Mario kart tournaments.

Disc golf (aka Frisbee golf or 'Frolf') is a ton of fun and yes.. there are different Frisbees to use as putters or drivers. They have different weights and/or aerodynamics!

Real disc golf is super fun. And it's very hard to get it in the net from a big distance. Not to mention a full course can be about 3-5km.
This is the best way to do it during lockdown.

Speaking of the Star Wars universe: in the official Star Wars Encyclopedia there is a listing for a type of music called "jizz"
I wish I was making that up, because it's funny and it's sad but true.
I wish it was a joke, because how can I ever respect a franchise that introduces children to jizz . It's filthy. Kids are gonna be role playing as star wars characters and talking about jizz on the playground, and the teachers will hear it. The kids are sent to the principal who has to explain why they shouldn't use that word, and then it's straight to Google, where the first search result will NOT be a link to the Star Wars Encyclopedia (I mean, I'm just guessing. I don't really know what searching for "jizz" will get you. I just hope that 'safesearch' can protect those children from the flood of jizz that they may be exposed to.
Reminds me of the instruction manual for a Master System game I had called Psycho Fox. There was an enemy named 'Poota', so my mom had to explain to me what a 'puta' was.

I actually don't understand why anyone would think that it's offensive to portray people in tribal masks. It's not like it totally misrepresents culture or anything because they're not fictitious and still exist in places.
I truly don't see why it would be wrong to use something like that in character design because it's a pretty cool esthetic and I don't get the sense that people typically use it in a offensive or hateful way, like not even the slightest.
If anything viking helmets with horns are more offensive because it's twisting historical accuracy and it's first intended application were to make Vikings look devilishly evil.
I'm not saying we should cancel them but I just don't see why that's accepted then and tribal masks not.

It's supposed to...damn, what's the word...OH! It's supposed to alternate between Ben and Peeps every other week. But I don't keep track.
There are 3 different types of disc golf discs. Drivers, mid range, and putters. Each disc also has it's own flight path, speed, weight, curve left or right. You actually throw in an S path instead of a straight line.
This game is bad
