Boil for how long? Fry for how long? At what temperature was ur stove?

Boil for about 10 minutes (depends the size of potatoes)
Fry with high heat for about 2 minutes. This depends also your preference. I like more brown (more crispy) so I will fry more longer (maybe 3 minutes).

I did the same thing but mines got soggy and they got stuck to the pan. Do i have to let the oil heat up before putting them in?
It helps if you boil with vinegar and salt then freeze for about a hour and then fry they will be nice and crispy
what’s the point of washing if you just boil?
