Ultimate Oven Baked Potato Wedges | One Pot Chef

- My super easy, super tasty Ultimate Oven Baked Potato Wedges are probably the best potato wedges you’ll ever make! Potatoes are sliced into wedges and slicked with flavoured oil mix featuring garlic, smoked paprika, mixed herbs and parmesan cheese. Baked until golden and tender, these little babies are great as a snack, side dish, or as a sharable meal with friends. Don’t forget the dipping sauces! :)
Ingredients:
4 Large (Fist Sized) Washed Potatoes
1/2 Cup of Regular Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon of Smoked Paprika
1 Tablespoon of Dried Mixed Italian Herbs
1/2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese (powdered “shaker” style)
1 Teaspoon of Salt
Freshly Cracked Pepper
Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 50 minutes approx.

This is the 4th chips/wedges recipes I looked at just now and it is easily the best and the easiest. Will try this for sure. Thank you.
if you cant get your wedges to stand upright like this chap, then put oven at 400degrees farenheit (or 200 degrees celcius in a fan oven), cook them for 30 minutes on one side, and then flip them over and cook for a further 25 minutes and they will be absolutely perfect. If the wedges on the outside of the tray are cooking faster than those in the centre, when you flip then over, move the ones from the outside into the centre and vice versa. Also, if you like your wedges a bit spicier, add more paprika and or some crushed chilli flakes into the mix, they are fire. Great video Sir.
Don’t laugh when you read this, I just made these wedges and rushing I didn’t put my glasses on and added chilli powder instead of smoked paprika 😅 ouch! 😂😂😂 never mind it was washed down with a glass of milk😂😂😂

2 tips, 1, soak the wedges in water for an hour or so after cutting to make crispier and 2, make a sauce of equal parts ketchup, dijon, mayo and some pepper and garlic powder. its amazing!! great video!
If I make this one more time this week I'll turn into one😅made three batches less than 7 days with chipotle seasoning & my special dipping sauce (dijon mustard, bbq, relish and sour cream)

I'm doing my own wedges tonight. But I'm using melted butter,mixed herbs, garlic grounds and possibly a bit of paprika fir an extra kick. I'll comment below how the results went.
EDIT they went great. It was like having ships from a chppy. Though I slightly overcooked them so I'll put them on fir 20 to 25 minutes next time.
