When Rose first started middle school, she was extremely shy. Because she was such an introvert, she sat in her seat during the first day of class in the back of the classroom and hoped that nobody would approach her.
However, to her surprise, a girl named Jaden sat down right next to her. Jaden had shoulder length, curly red hair and lots of freckles - she was really pretty! She turned to Rose and introduced herself, and a friendship immediately blossomed.
Rose and Jaden started to hang out all the time. They had sleepovers, saw movies, went on hikes and did other fun activities together. But one night, while Jaden and Rose were having a sleepover, Rose couldn't help but notice that Jaden seemed unusually upset. Jaden excused herself to the bathroom, but when she came back, it was clear that she had been crying. When Rose asked her what was going on, Jaden refused to open up.
The next day, after Jaden's mom picked her up, Rose's mom sat her down to explain what had happened the previous night. Jaden was transgender, and she had been crying at the sleepover because she was so afraid that Rose wouldn't accept her once she found out. When she was in the bathroom, she was having a panic attack at the thought of Rose knowing the truth and deserting her.
Although the news was surprising to her at first, Rose cared so much about her friendship with Jaden, and she refused to let anything change that. Instead of being angry and saying to herself, "my best friend kept a huge secret from me," Rose decided to talk to Jaden directly. They talked everything over, and Jaden was so happy that she was finally able to be open and honest with Rose. As a result, Rose and Jaden are still friends to this day, and they have an awesome friendship.

My best friend is lesbian, she got ditched by a lot of her old "friends" for being lesbian. We are best friends today because I accepted her the way she is. I am bisexual myself, and when I tell some people I am bisexual they don't want to be friends with me. All people are equal, no matter what sexuality, color of their skin or looks. This video is about a trans girl struggling to come out just like most of us and even though we don't know anyone in the comment section who is a part of lgbt we are still supporting each other because we understand what it is like to be a part of lgbtq in a heteronormative society where everyone think we are all cis and straight and we HAVE TO come out for them to know we are not and how most people like your friends doesn't even support us(SOMEHOW it's not a thing you can say "I don't support who you are") no one hates you for being cis or straight you don't even have tell it to other people they already assumed you were cis/straight. Do you know how lucky you are just because you don't have to face the fear of coming out even losing friends family members just because the way you were born no one hates you for being yourself but people hate us for the same reason. It annoys them when we talk about it we are so hated by the society we can't tell people around us who we really are in a fear of losing them getting rejected by everyone sometimes the only thing we can do is to look for people like us in the comments(of a video about that exact problem) to share and overcome our problems but instead of being supportive most people just think we are pushing it in their faces. Being a trans man,I can relate to this.I'm 16 and I came out to my mom as wanting to be male.My mom still calls me 'she' but it doesn't bother me a lot.I have a little gender dysphoria and often try not to look into the mirror because it makes me self-conscious.I actually came out to my now boyfriend as well but it made him uncomfortable since he has a trauma that relates to it.I try not to let that bother me because we still love each other a lot!My grandparents (people I live with rn) are not really lgbtq+ friendly,which hurts a lot but I try to pretend I'm not trans to make them happy.My sister also doesn't understand me being trans which also hurts but I deal with it as best as I can.If you deal with what I do,I suggest you try to come out to people you really trust.If they don't want to accept you,they aren't worth it!That's what my mom says.Now,before I get comments like "You're biologically female,you aren't a male",yes,I know.You don't have to explain that.So please refrain from stating this comment.It hurts a trans person and some can take it to offense.I am one that doesn't because I'm reminded of my real gender every day.Please don't make it worse.It affects my anxiety and depression.I have panic attacks because of these reasons.
All I ask is that you be respectful and support people if you can.Many people who are trans are very much affected by mean comments and are bullied for being themselves.Don't be one of those people that leads them into depression,please?Thank you to everyone who supports trans people because being one,I can say the support helps me live every day.

As a transgender woman, i think this video spreads a very good message. It can be hard to be different than others and it can push people to panic attacks, if the anxiety of losing a close friend gets too unbearable. Which i think it is good to surround yourself with allies and/or other LGBTQA+ people. And to allies, I would recommend that you are supportive of them if they discover they are LGBTQA+ community. It can also really strengthen a bond between friends.
