When Sarah was in middle school, she had a really tough time. She was constantly bullied by her classmates, and the kids around her always found a reason to pick on her. For about three years, people would call Sarah mean names, throw things at her during class and write horrible things about her on the bathroom walls. It got to the point where Sarah was even physically bullied - people would stop her in the halls and hurt her for no apparent reason. It was an incredibly difficult time for her.
Sarah's parents tried to do everything they could to help, but it just didn't seem like any of her teachers cared enough to make a real difference. It was a traumatic experience for Sarah, and she felt scared about going to school.
But when Sarah reached high school years, she decided to have a completely different approach - instead of sitting around and waiting to get bullied, Sarah decided to turn into the bully. If she felt the slightest amount of disrespect from someone, she went crazy. She fought people in the halls, screamed at people at school, and even threatened other kids. She was constantly in trouble - she got in-school suspension and was sent home. Her parents were always being called.
Sarah's anger got so out of hand that her teachers even recommended sending her to an alternative school, and they feared that she would end up in jail. But Sarah's mom decided that wouldn't work for her, so she started going to counselling. Unfortunately, because Sarah's anger was so intense, not even therapy helped her. Her rage lasted for years.
However, as time went by, Sarah started to realize the truth - she lashed out on people because she was so afraid that, if she didn't do anything, they would end up lashing out on her. Because she had spent so many years being bullied, she thought the only solution was to become an even bigger bullying than the people who once picked on her. Everything she was doing was out of fear. Once Sarah realized this, she started to change. Her therapy sessions started to work, and she began to mature.
Since then, she has now found healthy ways to deal with her anger and emotions, and when she looks back, she says to herself, "I did the wrong thing after being bullied."

Calling my condition a contagious disease, beating me up out of the blue and leaving me with a very low self-esteem. *But I'm working hard and have lots of friends. For those who are bullied, it'll get better eventually.*
I'm also autistic and I've never really fitted in with other groups and people and all that, I got these weird looks by people from my old school It made me really sad and so I went through people judging me, time passed and I've learnt not to think to much about it. The school system failed her, like it does a lot of people. I finally had enough of being bullied and started telling my principal, and when they didn't listen my mom told the principal that she would be notifying the superintendent. That's the only time my principal took action. It's sad they don't help people being bullied.

This is a great story. People, who get bullied need to see this video. It's very inspirational to teach them not to bully someone just because you get bullied. why is this literally what happened to me in elementary and some of high school. They tend to start leaving you alone when you go ape shit and break one of your bullies noses. The fucked up thing was most of my bullies were shorter than me so me fighting them would make it seem like I’m the bully. But then when I got to 6th grade I was just like “fuck this bitch I don’t care what happens”. Sometimes it’s the right thing to do. Sometimes violence and aggression are the only language people speak. Sometimes it’s ok to let the anger and rage take control and let that be your fuel. Never feel bad because you fought back and never feel bad for giving someone the pain and suffering they deserve cause of the shit they put you through.

This really resonates with me. When i was young my mom told me i was a good kid and while today im still nice to my friends, im hostile towards anyone i don't know or talk to because i was bullied back in elementary/middle school for being myself. Im in highschool rn and often see the world as my enemy, other kids are still as cruel as they used to be and i just feel trapped. hopefully things will get better when i get the hell out of here.

As a person who has been backstabbed, talked behind my back, lots of my friends just being traitors and someone who has anger issues and is currently talking to my parents about it, I will say that I am around much better people now and that if you waste your time doing the same wrong things other people has done to you is not going to make it better. my sister’s story is related to this one right here, back at middle school, she got bullied for getting embarrassed by boys. She suddenly has gone crazy and started fighting back to people. Once she started raging every year of middle school, she started turning into an insane bully- She is now a sophomore at high school and is trying to feel better. I’m still sure she is crazy about getting bullied but she is improving
