This is not a differential, but an epicyclic reducer, whose planetary gears have been changed. Hard work, with minimum resources.

Nothing wrong with this differential.
As we see, it only needs some extra handfull of dirt for running next hours without any problems.
Here a tipp from an western expert: add also some handfulls of sawdust to supress noises.

nothing is repairable unless covered in sand oil dirt and filth.
By Western first world stds. It’s crude and messy and below std.
However, for tgat world and expectations and economy it all works out well.
Because tge machine was built with such tight tolerances the low tolerance repairs will work fine. After years of use and ALL of the mechanics have been roared to low tolerances and doesn’t function anymore. They will start over.
