Energy function is probably the easiest way to identify there is a problem. The mitochondria aren't working to their optimal function and not enough energy is generated. And the constant fatigue. In some cases, even Brain Fog.
Luckily and very surprisingly, as an experiment, I tried the PALEO diet for 2 weeks - 4-5 vegetables, topped with ACV and avocado oil for dressing - once a day eating AKA OMAD - Avoiding all processed foods, cooking oils, flour and sugar. The result was mind BLASTING 😂
And almost a year and 25+ KGS later, a year that included OMAD, Monk Fast - 36 hours water fast, 48 hours, 72 hours and 88 hours on the higher side, I can say I've felt amazing health and brain function in years.
And yes, I am in my late 40's. So, folks know how the energy levels of a guy feels like in an almost 50 year old body.
