  • In this video I replace the front brake brakes on an 05 Chevy Tahoe 4x4. I also replaced a wheel bearing to repair a traction control activation problem.
I attribute my successes to God and give him the glory.
“See that no one repays anyone evil for evil, but always seek to do good to one another and to everyone. Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”

Glad to see you making a video. Went down the road of brakes rotors and hubs about a month ago. Always fun. Thanks

I just did mine a few weeks ago. I have a 2004 LT with the 5.3.

Is this a municipal vehicle? Do you service police / fire rigs or just public works?

This is one of my vehicles. I don’t do any of the police or fire vehicles. They have their own budget for repair

That makes sense. That generation of Tahoe didn’t have the cylinder deactivation so the engine is pretty bulletproof.

@tylermacconnell217 I’ve had good luck with them. I’ve had 2 5.3’s and one 6.0 that were over 220k and one is at 232k miles as of now.
