I hate them damn T55 Torx aka star bits. No way in hell would install them back in my truck especially after I twisted a craftsman extension right in half trying to loosen one!

Nice video! If I replace the front calipers on my 2001 Tahoe do I need to bleed all four calipers starting with the rear or can I just bleed the front calipers?

💥 I have to separate the brake line from the caliber and then bring the caliper somewhere to have the threads cleaned up because I stripped them ever so slightly. Could you tell me how to prevent the brake fluid from dripping out of the open line at the caliper end (the banjo bolt) in the half hour that I’ll be gone.??

You installed those evil and demonic T-55 bolts. I bought replacements to get rid of those. Also, no thread lock for me on these 4 stubborn bolts. A little anti-seize is more in order for those.

Truck is making CV noise almost as if it needs one but I put a new one in it aftermarket it still made annoying. I brought it back. They gave me replacement of the same one still made a noise so I ordered a used OEM CV Axel and it still make a noise so I'm wondering if my bearings and sales are worn out or I need the sub shaft or a front diff. It does have 215k and is awd Denali.... Runs and shifts like a top. That's why I bought it. Crusty butt runs good. LQ4 all day

I have an 03 tahoe, and I bought new calipers and brackets. The slide pins came with little rubber sleeves on the ends. Do I need to keep those on when I place the caliper into the bracket?

Mines has T55 for the slide pin bolts... Steve OEM that's what they were. If you have 18 mm they've been repaired or replaced... Or because mine is a Denali or because it's it 99-02 -01-02 for SUVs... Pre 03 models
