- I set out to see how a somewhat above average speed run looks on GPS. The Saddle down to Creekside. You could definitely go faster but I still needed to be able to avoid people.

I remember hitting 119kmh on the Saddle a few years ago on a cold, fast, bleak Tuesday. I remember thinking that if you went down at this speed, you'd come apart... still exhilarating, but yeah, definitely have to be sure there is no one on the slope before letting go! Great vid. Nice to see the conditions have greatly improved. Seemed like it might be a lost year!
