As an exclusively English speaking person, one of the first things that comes to mind when I hear goofy banter like this, is "what is the equivalent dialogue that is being passed around by the Korean (and other non-English speaking) caster?" Because, I like to imagine that most of the time, it's something to the effect of "Oh, Maru's reaper rush comes to a complete stop, as Byun is able to complete the bunker in time and shut down this early aggression..." Meanwhile, Tastosis is over here like, "Do you know the story of Rumpelstiltskin?"
Even the other english casters are exactly like, regular, like you just described. That is why they are so beloved.
french casters from ogaming (now comeback tv) have come up with a good few banter gems over the years
the yell fight was a sign of just how amazing they are, instead of being awkward and waiting for each other to finish their sentences, they leaned fully into it and made it hilarious. This is why everyone loves this duo!

There are so many unintentional double entendres in here... during the ball pit joke "Imagine dying as the balls just come over your face" i mean like, sploosh, amiright? Or later during their open casting relationship joke "If only being a bad person were the way to get Tasteless off" I mean that one actually lends itself primarily to a sexual interpretation, I feel like Arty just chose words poorly there lmao
