Great reaction, They were huge back in the day, they had a lot of hits in the UK. They were also an incredible live band. Others have mentioned great songs, I`d like to suggest "Waiting for an Alibi" which was a hit in the Uk

A "Thin Lizzy" is a very thinly rolled joint. My wife and I saw Thin Lizzy live about 10 times, they were a great band to see. And yes I'm showing my age, we also saw Queen 5 times. My Oldest daughter blames me for sort of naming our youngest grand daughter 3 years ago. When I held her for the first time I started sing the Thin Lizzy song "Sarah" to her, Phil Lynott wrote that to his own daughter, oops. When I was in the Royal Marine Commandos, we would get back from a posting and all you could hear was "The boys are back in town" coming from all the PA speakers at the Barracks.

When I was a student in Paris in 1981 Thin Lizzy was playing at a huge stadium there. I really wanted to go but I couldnt find anyone who'd go with me and I was not confident about going solo to a concert in a different country. Now I'm kicking myself.

Jailbreak, The Cowboy Song, Black Rose, Sarah, You can do anything you want to. all charted in the U.S,
Their song, I'm still in love with you charted on the R & B and Soul charts. The Boys are back in town, Jailbreak and the Cowboy song are all on the same album titled "Jail Break". Phil Lynott was both the leader, and black Irish heart and soul of the band. Believe me from the mid '70's to the early '80's, Thin Lizzy was charting and selling out concerts all over the world.

It has Phil Lynot on bass and vocals, Johnny Thunders on guitar and vocals, Paul Cook and Steve Jones from the Sex Pistols on drums and guitar.

Almost any Thin Lizzy is good, and this is a good performance. John Sykes was the best young guitar player in England, and his joining the band gave it a major boost at a critical time. The Holy War from this same 1983 show is well worth watching.

Phil Lynott had so much charisma and stage presence. What a shame he's no longer with us. There are myriad hits you could listen to. A really nice album track is "She Knows" from their Nightlife album, a little bit atypical in a way.

Lizzy has a lot of great songs
In the 12 years they were together they put out 12 records and in the 3 years following lizzy before Phil died he put out 2 solo records . They deserve to be in the rock and roll Hall of fame . You can help by doing more reactions and helping show they were not one hit wonders .
I'll recommend thin lizzy - showdown

I’m suggesting a great song by Gregory Abbott , Shake You Down. He may have had other hits, but I never heard of any. And I’d also like to suggest you do a new category , Ladies Night, which would feature female singers only. So many greats. Barbara Streisand, Dusty Springfield, Petula Clark, Cher.
