Just wondering about some puckering that I have between the colorwork and the body knitting. I think most will block out but just double checking that this is normal?
Anita, this is a GREAT observation and question. Tension is different for everyone. For some folks, the tension in colorwork is VERY different from the tension in regular knitting. Once you learn this, you can adjust this by stepping up one needle size whenever you do colorwork. If I were you, I would attempt to block what you have on needles RIGHT NOW, and make sure the puckering blocks out. If not, I'd rip it out and use a size up for the colorwork. I know, I know, that is SO painful and sad, but if you don't LOVE it, you won't wear it. Let me know your thoughts!!
