THIS IS IT! The last video! We'll review the decrease bind off again, learn to weave in the ends, and talk about blocking! Thanks SO much for joining me!
Hi Aurora! I have to say that watching your videos and tutorials is so much fun because you tell so well. I am very grateful, I will knit the same sweater as you did in the film. Looking forward to following you, because you have a lot of great tips. Kind regards, Sinikka from Northern Sweden.
Hello Aurora, I am a very big fan of your style of knitting. I have a question concerning stranded knitting with 2 colours. I knit with the left hand and right hand, I can’t seem to know witch colour to put in what hand. I have a dark colour and light colour. I really want to do it right. Thank you and have a nice day. Linda
Hey Linda! For me, I like to keep the color that is DOMINANT in the row I am knitting in my right hand. I keep the color there is less of in the left hand. But, I do that because I am better at "throwing" the yarn than "picking" it continental style. If you are better at continental, you might want to hold them opposite! And, remember, if the dominant color changes on the next row, you can always swap hands. Hope this helps!
@@AuroraTalksKnit Just want to verify when you say dominant colour, it’s the colour that you use the most in the row. Thank you for answering, your style of knitting has helped me a lot , I’ve started knitting in the last few years . Enjoy your videos.
Aw, thank you Linda for the lovely compliment, and I'm so glad you're finding this valuable!! And, you are exactly right - it's the color that there is the most of in that row. 👍
