Thanks for making this a little easier to understand and use but, for me it helps because I want to understand and use. If I try to get someone who is not that willing to go through the process it will faultier. what I mean is that to create a document and then open the PGP program etc.. they will decide not to use it. something like encrypt within what every program you are using and then send that to use your private key to open it. If the average user has to go through all of these steps to encrypt and decrypt at least the people I know will never adopted it. I know this is no easy task to make it so simple for the everyday person because of different operating systems and office suites etc.. I'm starting to understand and use myself and maybe there is programs out there like that. It just seems like the email programs and office suites etc.. use different implementations it's hard to make it easier for everyone.

This is either an installation problem or a bug in GPA.

The one thing I hate about kleopatra is there doesnt seem to be a way to store your keys (within the program) in the directory of your choosing. Compromising data is stored in your file system under the app data folder, protected only by your kleopatra password (5-10 digit alphanumeric). I have kleopatra running from a USB device as a portable program but none of my keys follow me... I have to reload them whenever Im on a different computer, and it stores the keys into the C-drive. Horrible idea.

Encryption of separate files was not described ((( I encrypt a file, send it to the recepient and he can't open it. The application says something like "no key" although we have exchanged the keys before and imorted them. This is so bad, because all the tutorials are about the older versions and in the later versions they have changed the UI and it looks different. Now it's asking to select "encrypt for me" or "encrypt for others"... and when I select "for others" it says that the recepient has got no certificate! But we have exchanged our keys! I just don't understand this (((
