- This showpiece is my second creation, made entirely out of chocolate, that hangs from the ceiling. I am always fascinated by the strength of chocolate and what we can do with it. What do you think?

This is amazing! When he hung the bell up and actually held and stayed suspended my jaw dropped. I mean he's just such an artist but this seems gravity defying.
Right?! HOW does the chocolate have enough strength at that one single point to hold the whole bell up? I get that the weight is distributed onto the four points of the top thingy. But above that it's a single point. It's like he's bribing physics with chocolate. 'Hey, Physics, if you ignore a few laws, I'll make you your own giant chocolate bell!' and Physics is like 'Hype! I gotchu bro' 😅
