What always stuck out to me about "Make Tracks" was, whoever painted those NYC backgrounds seemed to have it confused with Tokyo, what with the corporate branding neon signage on top of EVERY. SINGLE. BUILDING.

As a Tracks fan, I am pleasantly relieved you were fair to this figure. *_Lots_* of TF fans hate on it excessively, so I am put in the position of defending its virtues, like with Ghostbusters 2.
Love tracks too, and I love the alt mode on this figure...along with mp6 starscream and skywarp (their alt mode is better than mp11) it has the best alt mode.
I don’t care much about Tracks as a character, and I don’t have this figure, but it looks pretty good, and I’ll probably get the Kingdom Tracks.

I honestly really love this figure. The car mode is gorgeous, and I can overlook the weak head support since I got mine on clearance. The opening hood goes great with MP-10's repair bay.
Corvette enthusiast here. Yes, the hood opens wrong; whoever designed the figure didn’t put the hinge at the front of the hood instead of the back. Still a cool figure, though!
Blame the cartoon, though that alone should have tipped Raoul off.

Watch the episode, you'll see it doesn't matter what direction the hood opens in rl. The tracks model opens traditionally.

Alternators was the best bang for the buck toy line ever. A pain to transform, but they looked amazing.

Tracks was one of my favorite Transformers toys from when I was a kid. He looked great in both modes, which most of the toys back then did not.

I got this figure for Christmas, and he is my first masterpiece transformer. I gotta say, I absolutely love it. I thought the gaps in the torso would bother me, but they don’t at all. Too bad the loudpedal remold isn’t on sale, that car mode is beautiful.

Like I said on twitter, I love Tracks because he has some of the best one-shot character centric episodes (and some of the only ones with continuity between them) that are just delightfully 80s and goofy, and yes Raoul is perhaps the best human character in G1. Anyone who goes around every day dressing like an extra in a music video has powerful energy to be admired.
ANYWAY I'm on the fence about you talking over the transformation sections here. Not saying you SHOULDN'T (its your video you do what you want), but I did like the zen-inducing aspect of the transformation sequences only having that smooth ass jazz.
On the other hand, you actually explaining how the transformation works is actually a really good thing especially for these more complex figures ala Masterpiece line and helps better understand how they work.... so something lost something gained I guess. It's not a dealbreaker either way, just sharing some thoughts lol.

Wow, that's pretty amazing that for an earlier figure in the line it was done so well. Also, not entirely sure how I feel about the detailing of the transformation sequence. Especially since you're showing it step by step and up close. If you were like some other CZcamsrs that would have the figure mostly out of focus or a blurry camera, I can understand. I did like when you'd have brief explanations for alternatives to the instructions or side notes.
I'd give you a like for the Bowsette alone...but that 'Hardy' joke nearly killed it. But it was a good review anyways, so you still get a like. Good job.

I enjoy adding the transformation bit. Its not super detailed but it still explains the transformation. Its a good compromise between the og change clip show and a small change.
I have the Road Rage version of that mold and it's a nice figure. Not perfect, of course, but pretty decent.
