You remind me so much of Cowboy Kent Rollins. Would love to see a collab especially since Kent loves making Mexican food too.
Yes that would be a good video to watch two great guys collaborate
el yucateco is the best bottled hot sauce line imo. Especially black label, mayan recipe, and green. Most mainstream sauces are pretty bland but this stuff is very high quality for the price.
The Mayan sauce is absolutely delicious. Heat level is perfect and the flavor is big time. Have loved El Yucateco for years.
ive been telling my women, thats the best bottled hot sauce out there, she tasted it now thats all she like
El yucateco habanero sauce is awesome
Thanks I'm back in Texas for the winter so I'll look for it! Lotta times too much salt or vinegar in the sauce which wrecks it. Those are my pet peeves and I love HOT hot sauce.
The green is my favorite. Over some cheesy eggs.. omg it’s perfect
Thank you for the invite! Had so much fun trying all these salsas with everyone! My stomach was definitely hating me after 😂
Thank you for making the video more beautiful with your presence
Love how much fun you all had with this! 🔥
It was such a dope experience!!
🔥🔥🔥
Heat Hot Sauce is the only place I order sauce online these days. Huge selection with a ton of filtering options for finding the right sauce, and fast shipping at a reasonable price. My favorite from my latest order was Hotter Than El “Love Burns.”
For the really hot sauces, I put a few drops on my tacos, and then for sure onion, cilantro and LIME! The lime always adds that acid that I love so much with my heat. As a girl born in AZ and raised in NM (where my family is originally from), I moved to Texas with my family just after high school and have learned to love the Mexican flavor from all of the states in the Southwest. My husband is from SoCal, so I have had that experience as well!
Thanks for your videos and for tasting a lineup of sauces; there are a few that I want to try with my wings and tacos now!
I didn’t think it was possible, but my mouth is on fire just by watching!!!!
😂ikr
Can't wait to track some of these sauces down!! You all look like you had great fun filming this! 🎉 Lots of love from Scotland! 😁 x
Thank you so much for your channel sir, really makes me want to try all of the delicious food you make and prepare it myself.
Hey Arnie if you make a number two, a real wholesome hot sauce is Palo Alto Fire Fighters pepper sauce. It’s so flavorful and addicting
This is a great suggestion, we'll have to send Arnie a bottle of Palo Alto Firefighters next time!
That’s stuff is great all Marie sharpes and Melinda’s sauces are incredible. Green habanero is also excellent.
For a mass, not small batch produced product, Melinda’s has some of the best sauces out there.
I have eaten many different sauces and there are plenty of good ones. Melinda’s just has so many varieties and I haven’t found one yet that I didn’t like.
I love Marie Sharps, I cant buy Melindas anymore after hearing how Melindas was actually made by Marie in Belize until the US distributors stole her recipe and copyrighted the Name Melindas. Marie sharp had tot start over and named her new sauce Marie Sharps. Ive toured Marie Sharp in Belize and it was awesome.
Great video! Just ordered a Hot Sauce tasting 6-pack. The Heat Roasted Habanero and Garlic, and Dos Locals look awesome and can't wait to try them.
Ha ha huge big smiles here! This was so much fun to watch. Pure good time. You remind me of my wife's father. Dude could eat lava and say... It's not too hot, little bit of tingle...as he put some more sauce on whatever. 😅 I sooo could not hang with you guys. First round... I'm dying! I like some stuff called Salsa Huichol. I know it wouldn't even make the starting line lol. Loved this video! Can't wait to check out the online hot sauce store. If I had been a part of this I'd have needed some cold beer or some tequila. Maybe tequila would help me get through round two. Doubt it tho! MEDIC!!! MAN DOWN! lol oh my I can't wait! Guess we're having grilled tacos and frijoles today!
When Arnie says he's got a new favorite hot sauce, he has my full attention.
😁👍
Ha ha yeah and you know what that means... Don't even Think about trying this! It will kill you!
Got some great ideas for my own kitchen lovin', thanks so much. Love from Mississippi
Arnie why don’t you come out with your own hot sauce?
My ex used to make some that was made with Serrano, jalapeño and habanero peppers purée then blended into tomatillos. It was so delicious, had a little bit of a bite at first then it would hit hard in the throat. I would be sweating and still be eating it.
Marie Sharp makes some solid sauces and can be bought by the gallon.
Love Marie Sharps
I didn't know ArnieTex and Freddster's were buds! It's popping in the RGV!
Arnie is a cool guy.
Loved this. I'm a hot sauce and hot pepper fanatic 😂. This reminds me of hot ones lol. I have been making one experimenting with poblanos and other peppers. It's a creamier herbaceous hot that is beautiful on tacos!!! I call it Hot 'Blano Dreams 😂😂😂
Subbed!
12:12 is how i want to feel when i taste any hot sauce
1:35 that's a *WHOLE LOTTA WOMAN* right there
@ArnieTex you need to try "Yucatan Sunshine" if you haven't done so already. Very good! And FYI, based on your suggestion, I had some El Gallo shipped to me and the creamy green Jalapeno and the Habanero are FANTASTIC!!!! I have re-ordered twice already! Thanks!
Medium Spicy with flavor that compliments the food. Agree 100%. Verdes style sauces perferred. Found plenty of excellent sauces while in MX, need to grab more whenever I get the chance to go back.
These sauces look fantastic!
have you tried the Tabasco Chipotle love the flavor with light heat
That Primo Army is no joke, had my first bottle last month and I still have a little bit left, no normal for me on those 5 oz. bottles I usually kill them pretty fast. I ordered it from primo peppers website and he gave me stickers, and a baggie of 7 pot powder cool video Arnie!
Just ordered my set, this is gonna make a perfect white elephant christmas party gift. Thanks for the idea.
Can’t wait to see this video ❤
I loved the taste testing video 💓
I need to do this too, but for variety since my favorite is still chalula
So is mine like the original n the green cholula very tasty lil heat.
Can’t wait for this one.
While we're waiting get your self a 2 pounds of chicken wings and you can drench them in your new favorite hot sauce and make some nice crispy, smokey hot wings! 💥🍻
You have to try Widow sauce "No Survivors" Awesome flavor and blazing heat, it comes with a plastic spider on the bottle
Got some good sauces in that lineup. Karma and Charman make some of the best sauces. The 708 Optimo is an all time favorite.
I am a gringo from Florida, love your channel Arnie!!!
Hey great food is for everyone especially gringos my friend. 😂
Melindas bhut jolokia ghost pepper sauce ! The best
Ordering 3 hot sauces Arnie! Thanks dude!
Check out the sauces from Humble House out of San Antonio! Ancho and Morita has taken my house by storm, but all of their sauces I’ve tried have been excellent. They can also be found at your local HEB!
Melinda’s ghost pepper sauce is the best I’ve found. It’s good on ice cream too.
Ice cream and hot sauce cancel each other out. 🙂
@@cshubs it was a small joke, maybe make ppl wonder about what I wrote, but Melinda’s was s still very good hot sauce.
The best sauce ever! Put it on anything and it will make it better.
@@solowofthe99-lp4qlI agree, I have a hot sauce hobby. I ferment super hot peppers and make a hot sauce out of them. They come out too hot to enjoy, or not enough flavor. I can’t match It, but I’m trying.
@@xthemadplumberx7110 I took it as the joke it was.
First run, #2 looks like they use xanthan gum to make creamy. I don't prefer this (but I do use xanthan sparingly) because some sauces rely on it too much and can somehow dull the flavor details in my opinion.
I want to see you try the really really hot sauces!!!
You would enjoy going to Zest Fest if they come to your city. You can taste and purchase the products. We look forward to it every year in DFW.
Gotta try the Taos Hum : chocolate trinidad moruga scorpion. Perfect extra hot but also great smoky flavor
For mild sauce I like Cholula, El Yucateco sauces are standard fair on the table.
I like Salsa El Gallo jalapeno and habanero for some things. I also like the Zaaschila Cramosa jalapeño and habanero. I also do Siracha.
Maybe it’s discontinued in TX but it’s all over the place in my town including my favorite taqueria.
Have you tried the Pepper Plant sauce? It’s worth a shot.
I have been on the hunt for a hot sauce like these. Flavorful, spicy, blends well with and compliments the food. But, I can't do vinegars. Do you have any suggestions. Great video, by the way.
Smell-a-vision isn't here yet, but chilivision is. Just watching this my reading glasses started sliding down my noise!!!!
I wanna try the Dos Locals sauce now
For me, I can do without ghost pepper or similar superhot chiles. Habanero always has so much better flavor for me even though it can also be spicy and catch me off guard.
I prefer fermented habanero chile sauces that are kept simple. Just like Tabasco that is fermented cayenne (and some don't find it complex enough) but I appreciate Tabasco for being a worldwide / international punch used in small amounts in *all cuisines. For instance, sauce hollandaise (which is not necessarily so special these days) would not be correctly classic without Tabasco.
Nonetheless, I am a hot sauce fan and I appreciate so much the variations we can experience these days. Even at Costco, where I buy best value prime brisket for bbq 😉, I can buy Yellowbird brand habanero sauce that I find is very versatile and one that I find myself using so often in my cooking. I have tons of bottles of sauces in my fridge and I buy so many but I always go back to Habanero. Yellowbird, Melindas, etc
Yellowbird Habanero is my favorite all purpose sauce.
Rumor has it and I'm pretty sure your old favorite Sontava is now bottled under Marie Sharp's. Give it a try.
My fave is Valentina Extra Hot. Its cheap, flavorful, and i think it packs the perfect ammount of heat
Try Mark Wiens smoked ghost chili if you like the pepper flakes
Oooh always looking for a hot sauce challenge...
Wiltshire chilli farm Trinidad scorpion hot sauce unbelievable from England sweet but with a proper bit of heat
Mexico Lindo Chiltepin- best all purpose
Try yellow bird jalapeño hot sauce 😋
It might be different on the flavor but Louisiana brand is my current fav. It’s nothing special but has a good flavor and you can throw a ton of it on cause it’s almost as cheap as Valentina
Nobody asked, but my favorite for years has been Cholula. 🤷
Mine too 😂😂
Gotta give Alvin’s Hot Sauce a try!!
Loved this video fun to watch it. So impressed with Ivanna keeping up with the guys , yay you go girl !
Do more with these cool friends. Taste testing anything. Very entertaining.
Rachel in Corpus Christi Tx 🤗
awesome video ArnieTex, I need to ask a question about a salsa i had at several tex-mex places, i asked for a hot salsa and they brought me something that was the best i ever had but they would not say what was in it. I know it had chili d arbol, serrano, garlic, onion, cilantro, and maybe tomatillos, and it was charred or roasted. could this be salsa picosa?
I've been enjoying the bravado spice company. They have a good line of sauces and they're from Houston!
Ghost pepper perri perri from pepper palace. Perfectly spicy sweet tangy. Magical
Gracias por el vídeo, puede hacer un pozolito. Gracias? Dios los bendiga.
SALUTE FROM CHICAGO ILLINOIS
you should try marie sharps, its considered by some to the rebirth of that hot sauce you cant find anymore
You should try Chettys hot sauce. Noone even compares.
thnaks for the insightful replies! You have taught me something new today! @@Memphistiger02
Hey Arnie, got a good recipe for taquitos??
Are u serious he has lots 😂😂
There used to be a hot sauce called 'Possible Siide Effects' that was very hot but the best I have tasted.
I'm a huge fan of Arizona Gunslinger Pepper Sauce.
I love ghost pepper 🌶️ so i think ill try tat one
Try the new "Pepper X" Taco Sauce and "Pepper X" Table Sauce from Ed Currie Puckerbutt Pepper Co. Best Sauces on the market!
When are we gonna get a tour of your backyard BBQ area?
It’s very nice in that backyard what we can see
It’s like all friends are welcomed ,I’d like to go hang out with his wife n mother in the back porch drinking tea having a dessert shoot the breeze seem like nice ladies. Like to eat Arnie’s mom Tamales n Terri’s Mexican rice.
Blair's After Death or pretty much all of Blair's products are the tastiest with plenty of heat in my opinion.
g'day mate, i was wondering if and where i could get theses sauce's from? never mind i watched till the end lol i'm a dumb ass 🤣
They need sample sizes because what if I hate it then I'm stuck with a big bottle
😂😂😂 ikr
Be a good sampler deal, if they did.
Misery loves company.
HELL YEAH!
New subscriber here. Just wondering if anyone has every told you that you have just a slight Mexican accent?
Arnie
Salsa Macha!!!
Zaaschila Guacamole & serrano is my favorite
Does anybody else think Arnie said 43 Hail Mary's and some shit he made up while going to get that beer.
Being German heritage, no hot sauce for me. Give me Juniper berries… sauerkraut… sausage.
Habanero is another level. Ci or no?
Went through a bottle of your favorite in no time.
Carolina Reaper hot sauce is pretty good
since we are in America maybe add captions for those that don't speak one of the over 200 dialects of Spanish or Mexican
I like Tapatio for many reasons. 1. It's cheap 2. it' s fairly decent and doesn't taste like vinegar like Tabasco. 3. It has a mild flavor with slight heat. I have YET to find a 'very hot' hot sauce that doesn't sacrifice heat for the flavor. Usually when I want heat with flavor I go to real wasabi or fresh horseradish from my garden.
Is that my favorite Marie Sharpe?
I have a grass fed if that matters beef heart what is the best way I should cook this
I tap out with too much Frank's hot sauce these day's. Used to her an iron gut, now it's like aluminum.
There is a hot sauce company called Dirty Dick's Hot Sauce that makes 4 different flavors. They are some of my favorite hot sauces, and I have around 12-14 different hot sauces in my home at any given time. The original is my favorite, but the chipotle one is also pretty amazing.
Lime or lemon hot sauce
I am going to get me somr of that Holy Mole.
Am I the only one who still returns to Tapatio? Most are just expensive goofy labels.
Guy With Blue And Long Hair In The Middle Of Those "Actual Guys" Needs A Gym Membership Not No Damn Hot Sauce 😂😂💀💀
I like it hot enough to make everyone around me sweet just watching me eat it!
