Edwards says he called the UFC when it appeared Kamaru Usman might be injured and asked for Masvidal as a back-up for his main event title defence at UFC 286 in London on March 18th 2023.

In a cage Leon wins. But he walked up to a street fighter who was highly trained. That's the difference there is no ref to say fight. You gotta know when to hit first. Masvidal on the street does, Edwards didn't.

You can’t blame him for thinking that way when NATE DIAZ of all STRIKERS literally did ROCK Leon💀he was of course understandably gassed at the end of the 5th but we can’t pretend it didn’t happen. a near retirement volume striker rocked him but his chin held up well against Usman twice so clearly it’s gotten AT LEAST slightly better but you never know with the fight game.
