How to Wing Foil for Beginners | Pumping the Mast in Light Wind

Funny thing is I think I accidentally stumbled over this technique on my last session, at least a preliminary stage, when trying to get on foil on a 120l board in light wind, when pumping alone was kind of not really working all too well. Was kind of puzzled of what exactly was going on but this kind of explains it. Great series guys!

This Technik is way easier on your natural stance, but basicaly If you want to Start to Fly, it is right to Try to do every think you can to remove your wait from the board when letting the board glide 👍🤙
