What if you don’t have a boat? It is a great knot, I just wasn’t sure if it could be used with your fly line. But this just answered my question so thank you so much. You do a pretty good job on the you tube thing but I’m even more happy that your doing this a lot more with people face to face to face

I would recommend using as little tag end as you can with your fly line so you dont have to buy new leader after a few reties because you dont have a head to your leader anymore.

I’ve always use Albright with spinning tackle but tried to use it with fly line and when I go to cinch it down it strips the coating off the fly line

Wetting it may help. Some of the lines with super soft coatings may tend to do that
