I enjoyed your video. But I think you and others who make these kinds of videos (diamond painting for 24 hours) don't take into account that this is a long project. Putting yourself though so much pressure of hours and hours on the project and hard strain on your body will spoil the enjoyment of this relaxing hobby. The payoff, the big reward is the accomplishment when you finish that project. Let it take you 2 weeks. Let it take you a month or 2 months. Enjoy your time and accomplishment. Don't burn yourself out. I'll work about 2 hours a day on mine and then it's time for bed or work and other daily activities such that I look forward to taking it up again the next day for my 1 or 2 hours.
You’re absolutely right! This was so difficult I think I was in a bad mood for about 20 of the 24 hours 😂 I’m a very all or nothing person so I had to give it a try atleast once. And I’d be lying if I said I didn’t feel pressured to complete this project quickly. But everyone has been so kind ! No one cares how long I take I appreciate your comment! It’s definitely putting my mind at ease knowing I can take my time. Tysm !💖💖💖💖🥹
I’ve done binge sessions of projects before, with the similar motivation of “I want to be FINISHED with this thing.” You got a lot of work done with this video, it’s starting to look really good!

Diamond sticking sure is a ..... a weird thing tbh because it's like you are trying to make a mosaic with plastic bits and most of the times when you find designs for this online, they're usually stolen.
that's so interesting I never thought about it that way it is a lot like a mosaic! and your absolutely right its extremely hard to find original content on the internet. Im going to try diamond art club for my next canvas because I heard they pay the artist directly. and that gives me a lot of peace of mind. ❤❤

I’m currently working on a 40-55cm painting. I sectioned mine out in 48 squares and I do 1 square a day so I don’t get overwhelmed.
I "sectioned" mine into like 5 parts and expected to do a section a day 💀 girrrrllll. I was delusional!!!! lmaoo

It may help to work in smaller sections at a time to prevent gapping. I use washi tape to make square sections on my diamond paintings, and I’ve noticed a MASSIVE decrease in gapping on mine. :)

I completely agree! When I got my first big kit from DAC, I invested in some cover sheets on Amazon. It was about $10 for 100 sheets, and you can reuse them over and over again-definitely makes working on larger projects less intimidating :)

you can use Mica Powder and or Glitter to cover up gapping in Diamond Paintings, use soft bristle toothbrush to apply the powder and then wipe off the diamonds with a baby wipe.

With the gaps, I just don’t use a light pad or anything so I don’t see the gaps 😂 I also use circle drills so it’s normal for me to

@@riahpaigee yeah. The Walmart I go to sells diamond paintings and it only comes with a single placer, so I’m about to die babe cause it’s a 35cm by 45cm wolf picture and I can only,y place one at a time 🥲 also, there are gaps in the circles, because they don’t line up due to them being circle
