  • One of the first suppliers I worked with sent me this video of their factory. I do not work with them anymore. I make my own diamond paintings now. I am leaving the video up because of it's popularity.
Ever wondered about the process behind crafting diamond paintings? Take a peek into the meticulous world where skilled factory workers meticulously design, create, prepare, and pack each product with utmost care. This attention to detail ensures a masterpiece for you to relish. Witnessing this intricate process reveals why the journey from placing your order for a custom painting to its arrival can span a month or more.

I had a job like this (my very first job) when I was really young and it was one of the most enjoyable, least stressful jobs I've ever had. There of course were quotas we had to meet for pieces produced, but as long as you kept moving, it wasn't hard to do, and it was fun to compete with ourselves to see who could find a way to do it faster and still be accurate or try to beat your own record. My coworkers and I worked hard and laughed a lot.

I'm glad you enjoyed the video. Thanks for watching. When I first started my diamond painting company, I asked if the factory I used had a video and I was sent this one. I feel it explains a lot and helps people understand what goes into making a diamond painting, why there is glue around the outer edge of the paintings, and why the canvases are not cut straight sometimes. This particular factory stopped working with me because I asked them to edit the renderings of my diamond paintings to make corrections. I still laugh about this. Now, I make diamond paintings here in the USA. I don't have a factory though. I'm a small company.

I have considered taking my original art and having it made into diamond paintings but I just worry about sending my art to China and it being stolen. Paranoid I know but it is something to think about.
