- I'm trying one of those awful diamond painting kits today.. and it's going to take me over 24 hours...
I can't believe this #diamondpainting actually took over 24 hours to make. This is a fun DIY project for anyone looking for an easy arts and crafts activity. Let's make a painting with an obnoxious amount of diamonds today!

Thanks for watching me paint with 15,000 diamonds in over 24 hours! I hope you enjoyed it. Let me know if you've tried this before. :) #24hourchallenge #art

Hi, I'm Mira Byler, and I love creating art videos for your enjoyment. If you're looking for inspiration, ways to fill your sketchbook, sketch with me sessions, and more... you're in the right place! I will show you how to draw in fun and goofy ways. Sometimes I even test weird art supplies and roll with whatever happens! I hope you feel welcome here in my little art family! :) - Zábava
A lot of people are freaking out that I ripped the entire sheet of plastic off when I started. Just going to clarify: the directions on my kit said nothing about it. Honestly, if I were to do this again, I would also rip the entire sheet of plastic off again. There’s more than one way to do art. It’s not about who is right or wrong - it’s about having fun! So if you’re here to leave a rude comment, I’m going to encourage you to instead invest that energy into being kind to someone! Have a beautiful day. 💜 Love you guys!
Hi!!!!!!!!!!!
Heya, you’d be better off doing it bit by bit rather than ripping the whole film off as if you stop and come back to it later you don’t have to worry about the glue drying up or it rolling and sticking together
And just to let you know, the pale end of the diamond tool is for multiple one’s you’ll find that you’ll get it done twice as quick
But can I ask why you did not use the back of the pen it makes it so much faster
It's easier to do a bit at a time so the glue doesn't get dusty or dry lol
that moment she removed the whole film, I cried "OH NO, that's not gonna end well" I wonder if I'm right.
I cringed so baddddd wen she pealed it all off ;u;
So did I
I cringed badly when she peeled the WHOLE FLIM off. When I do one of these diamond paintings, I only do one little section and cover it back up when I take a break so hair, dust and etc doesn't get on it.
It was my first time and I bad did it and I’m still not finished would mine still turn out?
omg yes
3:08 did anyone see that ONE blue diamond in all of the black diamonds?? AHHHHH
My OCD just entered the building 😑😊
Yes... it’s sooo annoying!
PARK JIBOOTY OMG YES IT TRIGGERED MY OCD
OMG NOW I AM TRIGGERED
I found a orange in my blacks... It so sad
i feel so bad that she did not realize that there is a thing on the other side that holds three "diamonds"
Where?
@@elizabethpeters5262 other side of pen
Yes
Yeahh
Yass, haha =))
GOD HELP ME SHE REMOVED ALL THE PLASTIC AT THE START
I just had a new diamond painting and my little brother did so and I was so mad at him 😂
😂😂😂😂😂
Do you play Roblox
@@melissasmith6086 no I hate roblox
AH SAME and then she acts like its only gonna take 3 hours 👩🏻🦯
Did anyone else cringe super hard when she took off ALL the plastic 😂
Yes I was like NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Yea
Yes
Lol on top of that she crumpled it! My heart dropped lol!
She is doing life wrong
Omg, when she put all the spare drills into one bag 😱 it's meant to be relaxing and done over a longer period of time. I'm working on a big 70x90 at the minute.
Wow 70x90 is huge! How long do you think it will take you? I just finished a scarf is started in 2016 so no judgement here lol
Im working with 90x95 so wish me luck
I thought the same thing about the drills. I have been doing a lot of diamond painting during this stay at home order.
I have done 3 30 by 40 and one 36 by 45 and I’m getting another 30 by 40
I’m 13,I love doing diamond painting I’m working on a 70x90 as well.Hopefully it’s going well,Best of luck!
Her: “I’ve been at this for 13 hours total”
Me sitting here working on the same life sized little peep for over a year 👁👄👁
@@renadaldosari2844 my biggest paint by number, which is my biggest painting ever,it took over 77 day 😱
The only thing that matters is if ur having fun! Don't take it badly if you've been doing it for over a year. It doesn't matter how long it takes, it matter how much fun you put into it :) if overwork urself with to many beads, it will become like a chore. The point is to be relaxed and fun while doing it :)
I would love to see you do it again, but with you actually having done the research on how this craft works beforehand. I have seen many people in the comments section turned off by this kind of art just because you were inexperienced. I am a diamond painter that just finished my tenth painting and can tell you, it's great and I would love to have more people in this community.
I just started my first one I am half way done
I am halfway through my first one and I am absolutely adoring it
When I first did this I didn’t read the instructions and I just went for it but it went pretty great
Agreed 👍
I'm almost half way done with my 6th it's definitely more rewarding to section the parts your doing 😂😂 but I think have an addiction because I have like 26 more diamond paintings ready when I'm done with this one 😂
The back of the “pen” helps you lay more than one diamond at a time. If that helps you any for your next one 😂❤️
Lilly Renee her pen did come with the multi pen applicator but not all kits come with it
How do we get a multi pen ?
Happydaysrcoming it is usuall6 on the back of the pen
No it doesn't I have one
Oh, my God, I was thinking the same thing that could have helped her out so much.
lol im currently working on one that has over 150K diamonds... and one waiting to do thats going to end up with over 300k diamonds =) the one you got is little! hehe
Edit: I just died a little when you took off all the plastic protective covering, if you ever do it again cut sections of the plastic =) and work in sections its easier to tackle that way. instead of working by color numbers in order. Also look up the "checkerboard method" it will make big chunks of the same color fly by =D
Dolyttle it would be so cool for you to do a timelaps of you doing the 300k diamond one I would todaly watch that
Lol I had the same reaction when she did that 😂
I don't even do diamond painting, but one of my best friends does. We get together at least once a week, at least that's what we try, I work on card-making and she does her diamond painting. I sat here literally screaming at my TV when she pulled back the entire sheet. I'm going to have to send this over to my friend! I think she's going to get a good laugh out of this! Hey, at least she's trying something new. A+++ for wanting to try something new.... I just don't have the patience for this.😊😊😉
Good advice. When I work on mine I do a little bit every once in a while and I like to peel away a little bit of plastic at a time, and then put it back to prevent dust from getting on it.
Yeah true but if you’re like me I have to go in order or I get mad lol
Her: “rips the whole fill off”
Me: “what has she done this isn’t going to go well”
Her AGAIN: “pours all the needs in the tray and then doesn’t shake it cause she can’t”
Me: “cringes even more”
I was like "what!?" When she pored all the jewls in. But not when she took off the plastic bc that's what I do.
Ikr me too
@@livywithane Dont Do that! It could dry out and the diamonds Wont stick anymore! !!!!!!!
How not to do diamond paintings. Its not a race its a journey. You need to take your time
It's bothering me so much that she is not using the tray properly 🤧✨
On the contrary, I feel it's so awesome she boldly goes at it in her own way and still completes the entire thing :D
She’s having fun…
How do you use the tray then
Someone tell me she learned eventually that the opposite end of the pen is a multi gem placer lol one end is single and the other end can be filled with the wax to do lines of the same color
I was thinking the same thing 🤣
Wait what
So you place the beads inside of the pen?
What!!!! I just got a kit. How do you do it ?
Can you give detailed instructions please?
if she ends up doing this again, I hope she knows that there is a multi tool on the opposite end of her diamond picker upper tool. it places I think 5 diamonds in a row
She didn't even see it
Yes thts what im thinking actually.. she didn't even see it
3
my first diamond painting that i ever got only had a one-bead tool so i put over 14000 diamonds on individually. it took me 3-4 months 💔
When she realizes that the other side is for bigger areas lol!
On the other side if you diamonds placer there’s a three placer for them to place 3 at a time that you can use
lol
Okay I have a few tips for you!
1) Don’t peel off the plastic film all at once! Cut in sections or just fold it back as you work.
2) Start in a corner and fill in “squares” as you go! It feels more rewarding that way.
3) The opposite end of your pen, there’s an extra plastic piece (varies in size) that can also be used with wax to place multiple diamonds.
4) Be sure to seal the finished picture!! Use glossy mod podge to keep the drills from ever coming off. Yes the canvas is sticky but they do fall off sometimes.
5) You can and should flatten the picture before you start, but taping it down was a good idea.
6) Larger sized pictures mean less pixel-ish looking results!
7) The numbers of the diamonds are 98% of the time DMC numbers, which means they are the same throughout. “Black” for example is always 310 no matter what diamond painting you do. Lots of people save their leftovers and sort them this way in case they are missing any.
8) Round paintings, like what you did, tend to go faster than the squares ones. At least that’s the theory. Personally I prefer square drilled ones.
9) Probably obvious but this isn’t a hobby to be done in one sitting. Its meant to be worked in many sessions and to relax!
I hope this helps. Sorry you had such a negative experience with this hobby.
i wish your comment had more than 14 likes!!
Omg I was thinking all these things when she was doing it!!!!
Also, it helps to not put so many of the diamonds in the tray at a time. Then, you can gently shake the tray back and forth and the lines in the tray will help to flip over and straighten out the drills.
Thank you so much for all these tips. You certainly are on the spot! I really appreciate people like you who help me learn more. I already learnt most of this from watching other CZcams videos and then trying myself. However I learnt a lot of valuable things from this 1 message. Also I appreciate the points and you numbering them and putting them altogether in a very user-friendly manner. I think that you are cool 😎.
It’s so pretty though Mira.
When she pealed off the film I'm like "Oh no!! She did not!" Hahaha and You could have use the other end of the drill. You can place 3 diamonds in a row. Anyhow. Good job on your first try.
i am binge watching mira byla rn whilst doin a huge 20,000 tiger dimond painting
shes right its really theraputic
sorry the spelling rlly bad
There shouldn’t be any missing diamonds since they give a lot of extra diamonds
Why didn’t you use the other end?? Than you can place 3 diamonds at a time😅 and you should’ve started with a smaller painting, like there is some that takes 30 minutes to finish😂
I love diamond painting, but I wouldn’t recommend to do it everyday for so many hours, especially for a newbie😅 because you will get really hard pain in your arm, and you will get bored of it and not finish the painting😬
If you try this again (maybe you won’t) you should watch Studio Sam on CZcams😉 she’s the one that learned me all about diamond paintings😊
Love your channel😍
Big Love From Norway 🇳🇴
I mean first piece of advice : do NOT remove the protective plastic all at once !!!! 😂😂😂
I know ultimate cringe
When I first did mine it was very big but it felt like I actually accomplished something and I really liked them so I brought more
@@zarabell that makes sence:-) I feel too I accomplish more with the big ones:-)
Yeah, but it's harder that way. The multi one is harder to keep straightening.
hey dear few tips
Your diamond painting pen had a back where u could pick 3 diamond simultaneously.
Keep the plastic sheet that was over it to keep the dirt going in when not in use.
and do section by section and cover it when not going .
And add less diamond on the tray and shake them to get them in line and assembled.
Sid singh mine doesn’t have the three stylus I just have the one
Yeah some pens come with a multiplayer attached some come with a multiplacer separately that you have to attach.
I have done this and these take FOREVER. Once you get the hang of it though, it is really fun. So actually you did a GREAT job!
Seems like something to work on over a long stretch of time, like a jigsaw puzzle.
Yes but more tedious
For people who have done these, this is some chaotic energy.
I do it everyday
it's not really that chaotic like I said in my comment this is not really meant to do overnight or anything (well some people do this) I do it whenever I can or when I have time or just to pass the time. it's really relaxing. Even when I first started I thought it was going to be crazy and hard but it's not at all its pretty easy if she wanted to do this she should have started with something smaller which you can find almost anywhere at hobby lobby they are like $2.99 or something
I’ve been doing a huge one for weeks now
we have at lest 5 in our house
YES
This is why I work in sections, it’s easier to see the progress and keep me motivated.
I love diamond painting. You get faster the more you do. And the bigger size picture you get the better detail you will have. Also most kits dont have missing diamonds and you usually end up with extra. It just is a small possibility that there might be. That is why before starting you should always do an inventory check to make sure you have everything
You have so much patience!!!! Damn 😬 this horrified me! I saw one of these on Instagram once and I’m so glad I never got it 🤣
I luv your channel my favorite episodes are the ones where u test art hacks
Lol
Baylee too has one of these diamond painting stuff w/ her art on it
You know I liked your latest vid, and there was def more then 10k, soooooo
Can u do this too pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeas
I cringed when she mixed the left over beads/diamonds together
YEAHHHHHHHH
I do that, but after I'm done the whole painting.
I was like JUST KEEP THR BEADS
I do that once I finished the colour.
it’s actually something a lot of people do. it’s too hard to match the colors up with future paintings
Mira, you did amazing for your first time! Thank you so much for putting so much time and effort in putting this amazing piece out for us! It was an amazing video!
10/10 Bless you for persevering. Here's a quick tip, if you're gonna be doing another one. The "pen" tool you use to apply the plastic beads to the art work, has a bigger applicator at the other end in which you can normally pick up 3-4 at a time. Which tends to help when filling in larger sections. Also there are other tools you can buy to help. With the part where you took of the plastic sheet, it really doesn't matter that you did so. I'm an avid Diamond art/crystal art crafter (as well as other types of craft). I'm actually working on one at the moment. It's a Gryffindor Crest image. I don't do them in one sitting or whatever. Normally when I feel like. I've finished 4 or 5 of them (mainly ones for my Mum) and have a few on the go.
Thank you for trying diamond painting it is meant to be therapeutic and there is no rush to get it done just when you want to do some. Most of us the people who regularly diamond painting do it to excape from our problems like health or mental health problems. Thank you for doing this diamond painting and helping to spread the word about this craft. I love your video's. Take care and God bless you.
Everything you're not meant to do she did and I haven't even started diamond painting yet😂
Same😂
same
Dame lol but i am buying one right now lol
Me too my first Dimond set is coming tomorrow, and I am really excited!
Omg same!! What painting did you get
When she pulled off the whole film*
Me:👁👄👁 *dies inside*
Guys relax! It's not like she is an expert in this, why is everyone so trigerred about it? And yeah, there is no right or wrong in art, it's just that we all are too quick to judge.
Mira, Please don't take everyone's comment seriously, you did it the right way and it turned out beautiful. I wish I could do this if I had the patience as I have bought one🤣 *lol*
Wow you really dove into that. I've done a few of these. I do a section at a time rather than all of one color that way I can cut a little section of the plastic away and keep the rest covered. Also I only work on it for a few hours at a time. I stop if it's not relaxing anymore and I can enjoy "putting one together" few several weeks, no rushing it. :)
Good advice. When I work on mine I like to peel away a little bit of plastic at a time, and then put it back to prevent dust from getting on it.
Well said, I had done this too with my one and it also keeps dust of of the other areas of adhesive when working on a separate area!
Me to I have one and I’m still not done
While she struggled to finish this painting, i'm struggling to finish this video.
Same cause 1) she took all the plastic off 🤢 2) she didn’t use the multi tool thingy 🤕 3) she put way to many diamonds in the tray 💩 4) she did it way to long each day as it’s supposed to be therapeutic but she did it for like 6-12 hours a day which must be stressful 😐 5) AND SHE PUT ALL THE SPARE BEADS INTO ONE BAG 🤮
Sorry for the little rant but the whole video made me cringe 😔
Mackenzie Phillips everyone I’ve seen put all the spare beads in the back
Adventures With Playdonut45 Yh I’m very sorry for being rude, this was before I had even done a diamond painting so now I know how hard it is and I also put my spare beads in a bag, I’m sorry again for being so rude
Same, she's way too irritating
1:34 me trying to do homework before class is over
I just finished mine tonight!!!! It was a rose hiding a Paris background- took me more than half a day!!!! I can't wait to do another one, maybe lots more!!!!! This immediately got my attention, given that art is still a favorite subject of mine!!!!
Now to order more diamonds and make a diamond self portrait 😉🤪
Keli Howard YESSSS THIS NEEDS TO HAPPENNNNN
How do we know if she sees this lol
Keli Howard idk but I really home she does
I do a section at a time, and pour a few diamonds in the tray at a time. You gently shake it and they turn the right way up. Also only peel a bit of plastic off at a time.
Next time you do this, I recommend to get containers for the beads and then you can do the time consuming prowess of laying out the beads with tweezers on the little tray so you can pick up the beads easier. Also I recommend getting more tools for the diamond paint puzzle so that you can place more beads at once. However, this takes up more wax, or as you call it, “glue” so you might need to get more of that as well. For the containers that I mentioned earlier, I recommend getting labels and to label the colors as you go along so you do not forget. If you agree that is will save time like this post.
Her “I’m not doing another one unless this gets 5,000 veiws”
The video *has over 300k veiws*
She said 5 million tho
She said five million
as a diamond pinter myself, I wanted to cry when she peeled ALL OF THE PLASTIC OFF!! and poured all the drills into the tray :z
Same
The square ones are better, to be honest. I ordered a pretty large square diamond one to do. Not only does it have more detail, and therefore doesn't look like a distorted close up photo, but i find the square diamonds easier to work with.
I do love the round drill French Bulldog one I did from walmart, though....
I just ordered one coming tomorrow and I don't know if it is square or round!
She placed this 1 by 1 omg the patience tho!
Back when this first came out I was in the same boat. Now…. Over 20 paintings completed later I am loving it so much. It’s very very therapeutic and I love Diamond Art Club. It’s funny you said it’s soooo many colors and I just giggled because I’m working on a painting that has 67 colors.
I do diamond paint, resin paint, whatever. I love how they shine in the light and sunlight. If you force yourself to get it done then, like anything for that matter, it won't be fun. I really enjoy the craft and find it very relaxing. :)
I did a peacock version like this and it took me 4 days 😭😭 love the videos 😄
Mira has the cutest blouses and sweaters! I've never done one of these paintings, but I did buy one for my daughter. I don't think she even started it. I think I would rather do something else, tbh.
This would be good in lockdown when your not allowed to leave your house
Can confirm 👍 I did one about the size in this vid over the course of a few months. She went beast mode in this vid!
😂😂😂 OMG I couldn't! Those are a LOT of minuscule pieces to assemble ... not for me lol but you did an awesome job and you didn't give up!! Well done Mira 💖💖💖💖💖
I cross stitch some large pieces as a way to relax so I was thinking of trying this. Thanks for showing us how painting with diamonds works :-)
This just might be the next diamond art painting that I'm going to tackle next!!!! I get it, you know- so far, I've done 7 paintings. Two of them took a bit longer to finish(Thor, Spider-Man, etc.), another two(Bugs and Daffy) like a day & a half each. I completely understand. For me, it's all good eyes, steady hands, and tons of patience, matching colors with symbols. All the same, you've done an amazing job!!!!
LOL! 😆 🤣 😂 U are so funny... I had a good laugh watching you trying to figure it out.
I'm proud of you for finishing that!! You have way more patience than I do, that's for sure!! Lol 💖
Still working on my first one (over 150K). I love it but I didn’t know you could get one so small.
Also, when you pulled all the plastic cover off, I panicked too.
I just finished one and I didn't realise you could get small one too so for my first one I did a 200,000 it was a bad idea!
It don't take a damn rocket scientist to figure it out...I didn't even read the directions just started doing it and was hooked!!!
I totally understand where you were coming from making this video. I also was looking at pictures of diamond paintings that weren't actually showing you the diamond paintings finished but the picture that they based it on. So what I did to buy my first diamond painting is looking at ones online that were showing the finished product. I know that sometimes the diamond paintings don't look very good at all because they don't turn out like the picture. I was fortunate enough to realize this before I bought my first one. What I did was enhanced my diamond kit with the ab drills to give them a lot of sparkle and shine. I admire that you stuck to it and finished it no matter what. 😊
Oh I wanted to add the after 3 days working on the kit I hated it. My back hurt my neck hurt. The only reason I kept going was because I had already invested all that time and didn't want to waste it. It took me several days to get into the flow and have it actually be relaxing instead of frustrating. I certainly understand this is not for everyone!
Me and my sister made rugs! I know exactly what you’re talking about 😂 I completely forgot about those.
Hi mira My name is Marika and im from Sweden.. I have done so many of those diamond paintings and right now I'm doing a lion... I just love it 😍
hahahaha ~ last night when working on my first diamond painting, I thought about THAT candy too!!!!
At least you actually read the directions. I've seen a lot of youtubers try out products without ever reading the instructions, and then they wonder why things went wrong.
The dislikes are the diamonds you finished last. Btw if I did this I would NEVER finish. Great job. Love You!!!!
Sadie's Safari i wouldn’t finish either lol!
Sadie's Safari you can get a smaller one
ara133photography you can get a smaller one
7:28
Mira- it’s laying really flat...except this wave.
Me- ha. Wave. Beach. Ha. Puns.
Just letting you know some tips on Diamond art well you stick a pencil into the glue and you can only use one color at a time and there should be piece on your frame that shows every number that are a little baggies of the beads you put them on the right Mark and the backside on your pen you can put three at a time a time
I have been diamond painting for 2 years and I'm still really slow. I just dont know how people get so many paintings done so quickly. So she is right it dose take a lot longer then you think. Also I'm not in a hurry to get in done in 24hr. I just paint a little every day. Maybe spend a few hrs. Some days I don't and work on crocheting. That's probably why it takes me a long time. But I love it and so it's worth it. I always wanted to do those cross stitching kits but I would not enjoy it just because dealing with tiny string thats easily to get tangled. So with diamond painting I get somewhat the same look with the added sparkle. Without the pain of dealing with string. Also size matters. I didn't know that when I started but lucky my first one the picture was not detailed so I looked realy good at the smaller size.
I am so ready to watch this 😂😂
This is amazing ❤
Thank you for doing this. I've always been interested in those diamond paintings but I do not have the patience necessary to finish something like that, cross-stitch, knitting, etc. You guys who can do all that cool stuff absolutely amaze me. It's like magic to me. 💙
I just got my 2nd one today. It is over 70 thousand diamonds and 40 by 120 cm/ 15.7 by 47.2 inch and can’t wait to start it. Think I’ll need a few months to finish lol 😂 but I love doing it while listening to an audiobook.
If you ever want to do this again, instead of the red stuff to pick up diamonds, you can also put some blu tack in the little pencil thingy, that way it stays sticky about 40 times longer before needing to reload and less residu on the diamonds itself. Especially with bigger paintings it is nicer that way.
I rip of the whole plastic thing too. I know it gets dirty, but it doesn't ruin the painting bc the jewls covers it up. 💁🏾♀️ I'm still currently working on mine. It's a Eiffel Tower with fireworks. It's VERY time consuming but it's not my first rodeo. 😄 yes that's just wax. U should of started with a smaller one like a flower. (That's how I started before moving on to a larger picture.) I love doing it and it's very satisfying to rub ur nails on the jewls.🥰
I also use the tweezers bc it helps me control it better. There is a little tool that's a long plastic thing that lets u put multiple jewls on thrre at a time, but it's very difficult to get all of the jewls straight so I don't use them as much.💁🏾♀️😊
I just finished doing mine and it took FOREVER it actually took me a year
Same but mine was really big!
Mine took me 2 years and it wasn’t even a full canvas
Me: started one two days ago and is now sees it everywhere Also me: got it on Christmas and just started it!
Her: “I don’t read directions!”
proceeds to remove ENTIRE protective film and CRUMPLE IT UP!
Then NEVER discovers multiplacer end...and SO much more.
Me: CLEARLY!!!!
Does she EVER stop to investigate anything she does? Man. That’s ONE way to live your life. A few beginner CZcams videos would have gone such a long way to better understanding of this hobby.
It's definitely super annoying. I'm going an only 30k one and it's my first time too, but damnit it doesn't take an iq of 148 to understand that you don't take the entire plastic off
I completely agree with both of you. It probably would've taken at least 2 hours less if she found out there was a multiplacer at the back of the same pen she was using to painfully stick every diamond on one at a time, and that's very important, especially for a yt vid. Another thing is, she poured the ENTIRE bag into the tray, and there wasn't enough room, so even if she somehow figured out she was supposed to shake the tray, it wouldn't work.
You are working harder not smarter. I don't know why you thought you could get this done in a few hours. Diamond painting is also a labor
of love and it takes time. An experienced diamond painter took 28 months to finish 52 diamond paintings.
There are so many processes and steps to diamond 💎 painting 🖌️🎨. You just circumvented them ALL! It is almost sacrilege what you have done completing this painting!!!
My suggestion is to watch several tutorials on the art and definitely watch the beginners guide to Diamond Painting!
Thanks for sharing your feedback, but I think we have different views on creating. I create to enjoy the process, not to do it as efficiently as possible. This video has upset a lot of people over the years, but if I had to do it again, I would still do it like this because I enjoyed this method. Glad you have a way of doing diamond paintings that you enjoy, and I encourage you to continue doing them in the way you find most fulfilling. But there isn't really a right or wrong way to go about it. The end result was still the same.
@@MiraByleris I appreciate your view, but there is a whole community that shares my opinion. I thought the goal of your video was to get the diamond painting done as fast as possible. My bad for misunderstanding your intention.
I am sorry that you felt my comments were rude. That was not my intention. I just thought that you might want to try the way it was intended and invented to be accomplished so it would be more enjoyable in your future. So sorry I offended you.
ive been doing this for over 3 years and larger ones never take off the entire cover to protect your glued area's
I'm working on a 300k one I've done over 75k today been working since 07:00am and it is 05:00 the next morning xx No hate but you are doing a small painting xx
7 mins in and I'm going Mira well notice the other end of her tool can do multiple diamonds at once. It will save so much time! I know the instructions don't normally mention it, but it's so helpful
The ones with the square diamonds are so much better in my opinion than the round ones. The squares just fit together to perfectly and nothing from the background shows through!!
Wow girl u were a committed lady wow bravo 👏👏👏 I'm so proud 💖
I'm definitely going to give this a try someday ( but I might not do such a giant picture through )
So proud of you for persevering and finishing the diamond art painting!
I love to do diamond painting as well I do it all the time but remember you don’t have to do it all at once or in 3 days you can spread it out to a year .also if you do more to buy little containers to keep all of the diamonds in so you don’t have to go in order of what the key says . And also the multi placer that was on the other side of the pen is so you ca; put multiple diamonds down at once all you have to do is put wax in it like the one placer and also not being mean about the plastic cover but next time you need the plastic cover on after you have finished for the day with diamond painting this is so the sticky adhesive on the canvas doesn’t dries out or get dust and dirt on not being mean in any way at all I am just trying to help you 😀😀
I'm glad you kept at it and finished your project.
This is so cool! I've never seen them before!
I love the diamond things! I've done a few of them and they are great to do on rainy days
I did one of these this summer and I loved it. It was so satisfying to complete.
The back of the pen helps you place multi diamonds like 4 or 5 at the same time. And you should do a second one
looks like it came from a foreign country and they used google to translate it to english.
I did one of those a while ago.... yeah........ yeah....... Way to not give up my friend!!!
I’m doing my first one rn and seeing you put all of them in the tray irked me knowing how long you had to do that and how much extra focus was going into that 😭 but tbh the paper thing is so true, I would have not known what to do if someone didn’t warn me beforehand
i screamed when I saw that I got the same exact diamond painting as you .
It came out pretty and I can see it being therapeutic but tbh, I don’t know if I would have been able to sit through all that. I think I would have seen spots after a while of staring at it lol
On the one I finishes a few days ago I did a least 10 hours a day! Gonna start another one tomorrow
I'm new subscriber and I really love all your videos. Keep it up Mira.
I have done like 10 of these! They get so addicting when you get the hang of it!
I started my first one yesterday. Stupid me was trying to get the wax on the pen. There was a protective film over the wax. I was like oh my god...I do enjoy it helps my anxiety and depression.
Wow that's a lot of work 😵
I do them all the time best way to do it is it section it of and store diamonds in bags :) new sub from england x
TIPS
don't pour all the diamonds onto the tray at once, but half of them it shaking it side to side, and then tilt it down to make all the diamonds face-up
cut with an Exacto knife small sections to make you go faster and feel less overwhelmed and also make you not feel like you have to do all the diamonds at once
get little plastic containers and label them with the corresponding diamonds to the corresponding colours
The other side of the pen lets you place three diamonds all at once. to make them be straight on the pen follow the first tip
Hope This Helps:)
This diamond art canvas reminds me of the tropics!!!!😎
