I really like that you talk in videos in a calm way and explain things
I got the Series S Carbon Black in the mean time so that I can upgrade in 2025 to a refreshed Series X and then come what may in 2028 for the new Xbox.
RIP to your light strip under your monitor at 01:50
I've had the series X for 2 years. Love this thing.
You are so easy to watch bro loved the video, first video I’ve watched where someone explains things slowly and clearly👊🏼
Thank you so much 🙏
@@GarrettMusic1 No problem bro, I am a content creator myself we all need to support one another! Keep up the good work🤜
Hii soon will be buying xbox but lately am not sure if should buy ps5 or xbox series s carbon black it will be my 1st time buying gaming console any advice
It's come to light that Series S has outsold Series X 3 to 1
One was available more then the other so 😊
@@AllenToman-mw6ww Facts. I bought one in April 2021 because I got tired of waiting around for PS5 to become available. It's the only Xbox console I've ever owned. I still have it and still use it for Game Pass; but you can't get a true 9th generation experience through it anymore. The industry standard has evolved past its capabilities.
S is cheaper so it makes sense.
@@MattyIcecubes this is literally what’s happening with me. I’ve been liking to get a ps5 for a long ass time and now with Sony saying they are just gonna work in the ps6 I think I’ll skip out on PlayStation this generation.
@@toxicToast2448 We're still around 3 years away from PS6. I'd still get a PS5 before I committed an entire generation to Series S. Series S is gonna keep becoming more and more obsolete.
If your on a budget the s is for u if have money the x is for u
It not always the case just cause U got the money doesn't mean U need the X
@@bigd1O1 fair enough
Gamepass series s with a 144hz 1080p monitor is goated
So it doesn't do 4k
Trash my pc better
@typhfanuwu7526 some assembly required batteries not included
Yup
Your light strip came loose under your desk
What i really like about the series s is its compact size,if only series x too was that compact and lightweight..
Series S or Series X - Which do you think is the best in 2024?
Series x hbu Which would u go with
Series X, It has all the capabilities
I have the xbox series X. The prices there are insane.. I am in Canada and I find some things over priced myself I wait for the specials to happen which are rare. But each to their own I say. Great video
I play on PC, but i want to play NBA2k on console, should i just get a S?
Yeah series s is a lil powerhouse
my son has a Series S.. I just bought a Ps5 butended up switching it for a Xbox Series X and i LOvE IT
I have both Series X and Series S. Both are great.
What’s the reason for both? Keep them in different rooms? Traveling?
iam happy i got my Xbox series S Matt black Edition 🖤
When I was 6 years old i was having Xbox 360 E in 2015 . I 14 years old boy i got Xbox series S in 2024
I have both console's ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I was having the same confusion between xss 1tb being highly priced over xss 512gb but then it's very near to the xsx 1tb so why not go for that. But then my original decision was always between xss 512 and xsx 1tb so I chose the cheaper option because then there's no limit to increasing your budget.
Now finally I'll have my xss 512 (first console ever)and if I indeed start loving gaming then come 2028 I'll straight away buy the newest gen console then. Till then I'll make the best use of xss 512!
I was put off by the small SSD size of the Series S.
Then I heard they were coming up with the 1TB Carbon Black model of the Series S.
I was hyped to say the least... until I saw the price.
The Series S is 300€ with discounts at certain intervals.
The Series S 1TB model is 360€ and hasn't seen a price reduction yet.
Well... The Series X is 440€ here. It used to be like 543-560€ in stores but it's now been permanently discounted (I thought it was only for the Black Friday and Christmas sales but no, it seems to be permanent).
I don't know about you guys, but the jump from 360€ to 440€ doesn't seem all that high all of a sudden and you're literally getting three times the power (teraflops) so are you honestly letting go of that bluray disc drive and all that added horsepower to run 4K content? Even if you wouldn't have a 4K TV (which I don't either), what about in the future if you'll upgrade?
So yea I think if the Carbon Black Series S would've been 300€ and the regular Series S would've seen a price cut, then the new black XSS would've seemed like a decent offer. Now it just seems like poor value if you ask me... And the all digital verison of the PlayStation was 400€ here not a while ago so yeaahh...
I forgot to add, but I ended up getting the Series X and I've been happy with it. It only loses to the Series S in terms of being a larger device so it's more of a challenge to fit to your TV setup depending on your shelve space and whatnot but I don't see any other downsides for the added 80€ in price (when comparing to the Series S Black Edition if you really need at least 1TB of space).
The carbon black Series S is sweet looking design. Your right it should be 300.

The only 2 reasons why PS5>XBX (sales) is that PS5 had a better controller and exclusives are better
And not to mention, The loyal Sony fan-base
Why is the fan base a positive?
The controller yes aswell as others features like VR
The exlusives are debatable because if it wasn't for the fact PS5 is BC with PS4 it would only have 3 good exlusives (Demons Souls, Horizon Call of the Mountain, and Spiderman 2) every other exlusive on PS5 currently can be played on PS4 or PC
It's not so much the fanbase but more like Sony completely dominates the Aisan and European market being a well established brand in those countries
@@P_D-px6iv final fantasy 16 is on ps4?
@Gamer-vs3xl no but it's being released on PC just like Forspoken
I can agree with you, they are both great consoles, but PS5 has a much better exclusive catalog of games that Xbox.
I play modern warfare 3 Fortnite and Minecraft which Xbox should I get?
P.s I want to upgrade because my Xbox is old and slow
Just the series S, it can play 120fps
You should look and see the list of games that the series s and x have that uses the 120 frames it's like 22 .and you will need a TV 120 frames @@bartyyyyyy
@@GarrettMusic1 that’s what I was thinking thanks bro
@@TheShiningLightForever I’ve decided on the series s and yeah I’m going to be buying a monitor and a desk for it.
Should I upgrade my Xbox series s to the series x to bet better quality in Fortnite? My monitor is 1440p 120hz
Obviously its going to be better
@@Kaicovishnival does 1440p look better on Xbox series x or s?
@@tubztergaming5700 probably ya. The games on x are more optimized for higher graphics and S is optimized with lower. So it'll probably look better and you'll get about 30 more fps than the S. Really ur choice :/
If you want to upgrade solely for fortnite, then the obvious answer is no. Sure you’ll get a nice resolution bump but fortnite still looks great at 1080p and it still runs at 120 fps on the series s. Not really the kind of game that’s worth upgrading to the series X for
@@suhaaschennapragada5711 Thankyou for your response, I ended up getting a ps5 for my birthday yay woohoo 🥳
Am going with the xbox series x
Enjoy!
@@GarrettMusic1Do you advise me to buy a ps5 or Xbox series x, please, my friend?
@@youneslondon8322really depends up to you, performance wise, the xbox series x and the ps5 are going to give you the same frame rate and quality. its all up to if you like the xbox features like gamepass or if you want to play sony exclusives like spiderman. imo the xbox wins
* I am going with the xbox series s
@@youneslondon8322 series x
Here the series x is double the price of series S
Don't think I be buying an xbox any time soon I know they are a good console aswell
Maybe I should should talk about if these consoles are worth buying
@GarrettMusic1 I wasn't being cheeky mate all I'm saying I'm happy with ps5 mate
Enjoy your PS5
@GarrettMusic1 cheers mate what console do u play most on mate
@@Sleepster1999mate mate mate 😂
Series S is just cheaper and a way better way to enter Xbox, I paid 250 for both console and hard drive which was an amazing steal. Series S is just as good as the X if you don't want to spend extra money on the X
So it runs games 120jz 4k the seris s
For me having a PS5 and a PC is the prefect combo. I did buy the Series X when it first came out but barely used it. So I ended up selling it. Still a great console though, Definitely quieter than my PS5 as well.
;) PC
“Mustang or Camaro?” “Buggati”
@@3katd more like 4 cycl mustang or camaro?… V8 mustang. Since PC and xbox have a decent synergy also, gamepass.
Bro this is stupid why wouldn’t anyone buy that old console in 2024
What would you recommend?
