- Hey everyone! We're Eric Lagerstrom and Paula Findlay, and we started That Triathlon Life! This is the story of our last week of racing before we leave for the PTO US Open in Milwaukee, plus UCI TT World Champs in Glasgow, Xterra Germany, and 70.3 World Championships in Finland.

Looking for good coffee in Glasgow? Gordon Street Coffee in front of Glasgow Central Staion mid-town. Tantrum donuts across and down to right on same road should provide good carbs. Riverhill Coffee next to Tantrum also very good. Will be out on the TT course cheering. Oh, it'll probably rain as the weather doesn;t look great for next 2 weeks

I hope the upcoming races and travel goes well. Coffee (double espresso) recommendations for Glasgow.... "Spitfire Espresso" near Merchants Corner & "Laboratorio Espresso" (expect some 'grungey' customer service)!!
No pressure, but the only reason I torture myself on Sunday is the fact that I know I can relax later with a TTL vid.

And relax. Another fab TTL Sunday catch up. Training for the day done, Sunday evening dinner in the cooker, and a watch of my fav You tube channel, Always a fab watch never disappoints. Being as Paula is now a fab On athlete, of which I have been one for 12 years, I watch her run sessions and can't always catch what shoe she is in. I saw the Boom echo 3 towards the end on your faster session, but wondered if she would tell me what her On shoe rotation looks like. I personally love the Cloud Monster for those easy oh I can't really run that fast today, days, and want to be super comfortable, I then also opt for the new Cloud surfer if I am feeling a Littlemore spritely as we would say in the UK, my cloud boom echo 2 for faster session, and of course now my fab new Cloud boom echo 3 for racing days. Just wondered which were her fav On shoes? I also wear the cloud 5 for work some days as I wear nice work trousers but like to dress them down a little with all white cloud 5s. Anyway enough bothering you, Stay safe both, see you next week, much love from the UK.
