No oven! Orange and chocolate cake

    We will need:
    A detachable 20-23 cm diameter pan (or cold cake ring)
    a circle of waxed paper (the size of the mold) for the base.
    a strip of acetate paper 7 cm wide x the contour of the mold or ring (for the sides).
    INGREDIENTS: for the chocolate base.
    250g of cupcakes or cookies.
    150g of pastry chocolate.
    150g (⅔ cup) cream or heavy cream.
    FILLING INGREDIENTS:
    2 cups (500ml) fresh, filtered orange juice.
    Zest of 2 oranges.
    1 cup (250g) of white granulated sugar.
    20g (2½ tablespoons) of unflavored gelatin.
    500g of whipping cream.
    500g of cream cheese.
    INGREDIENTS: for the cover.
    3 cups (750g) fresh, filtered orange juice.
    ½ cup (125g) of white granulated sugar.
    15g (2 tablespoons) of unflavored gelatin.
