In Walford, Ranine met a man but ignored her (Strangers). Seconds later, Phil drove his car and took Rainie and put her inside. Then moments later, they went to a garden and went inside the shed. Inside the garden shed, Rainie was annoyed about Ian and the money. Phil was holding cash in his hand and told Rainie, this has to end now because Ian will never see her again. Rainie tries to get the money from Phil and he was hurting her hand, very badly and didn't see money. Then eventually, Rainie started shouting at him about the money and she'll be gone. Also, she wants to make it stop, because she wants to, but she can't get the job.
It's means that Phil was giving her a warning to leave Ian alone, otherwise she's gonna be in big trouble for blackmailing him.
