I think this is why Amber wanted to be diagnosed with PTSD and borderline disorders. She wants that cushion to use if she slips so she can blame her mental state and not be responsible. They asked him to meet and read lines with her and tell them what he thought. . . . so if not for HIS RECOMMENDATION, of course she wouldn't have been in a leading role, maybe just a "stand-in", on a crowd scene maybe. Anything else is just laughable! (IN AMBER'S EVIL, UNCONTROLLABLE LAUGH)

It is important to know that he got her that role because she accused him of not letting her work and having to turn down roles because of him.

She can just tell lies upon lies and if she gets hit with the truth she just either says “that’s incorrect” or “I don’t recall what happened”. She better get a good sentence for this as this case is going on for way longer than it needs to and she won’t do anymore harm to anymore men who happen to end up being with her next.
Given that this is a civil case, she won't be "sentenced" to any jail time. If the jury finds in favor of Johnny, she'll have to pay damages.

For that you can’t put a price on that and having the studious hiring him back wouldn’t change much as it just shows how snakey they are as they are willing to cut Johnny from his roles before the outcome of the trial was determined. With Amber she hardly lost anything at all as a result of the court case.

A lawyer wouldn't ask a question like that without there being some evidence behind it. My guess is that he pulled a few strings, talked to some people, and got her that audition. The audition was likely a formality as long as she didn't fall on her face.
