Lol
This man single handily kept boxing relevant from 2008 to 2012.
is that good?
Ole Carlos floyd kept his name relevant... by getting his ankles broke playing ball
Remmbr those 7 years where he didn't even lose once damnn💥💥
You must not be a boxing fan with that statement. If your a fan it will always be relevant
If it wasn't for Pacman we would of been watching black dudes jab and back peddle for the last 20 years. Thanks pacquiao for keeping the sport exciting.
1:06 same speed with the camera flicker 😂
So satisfying
Oh yeah lol
GOD MOVE!
😂😂😂😂
It's so perfect that it seems edited 😂
No one:
Manny “mhmhmmhmmhm hmhmmhm!”
Ha good one couldnt stop laughing
That's to let air out
Pac Man....one of the GREATEST boxers ever to walk into the ring.....we love him here in Australia....GO PAC MAN...!!!
its funny that his punches look cute and weak but i'm pretty sure that if one of those touched me i'd be instantly out...
Go shoot some 3 pointers Stephen

Jack Pickford you’re an interesting one, Jack
You can’t hit what you can’t catch! One of the fastest pair of hands I have ever seen in boxing. Respect
Then you clearly haven't seen ngannou
@@TrollFootballer he said one of the fastest. Not the #1 fastest.
@@BartholomewTheIII he dont understand english maybe
@@TrollFootballer surprised after one year and nobody told u how delusional u are if u think ngannou has some of the fastest hands of all time. I mean look at his boxing training
He's fluid, moving about nicely, a good amount of energy. He hasn't got anything to prove, looks like he's taking it easy really. Mike Tyson's shadow boxing in those old black and whites however, looked dangerous as fuck--Like anytime they filmed him training was a national warning to all contenders.
Me when im cold
As a fillipino myself I honestly never imagined a fillipino would ever accomplish what paquiao did. He brought fillipinos out of the shadow, to be seen and even recognized. He made his mark in history.
PROUD TO BE PINOY!!
Hell yeah I’m not Filipino but paquiao is a legend amongst all nationalities. Represented his people with nothing but class
Before paquiao there was pancho villa the first best fillipino boxer
Other than that,it's much unrelated, there's also one boxer in another country who brought the light into my country, ellyas pical, the previous ibf champ, not that known unlike pac-man,but still gave us the little light of the boxing glory, love from indonesia.

Camera man got scared
JohnX 😂😂😂
Best combination puncher I have ever seen. Dude fast, and accurate.
People had 11 years to comment here
Manny so inspirational that they even got Steve Jobs in there watching from left side
Really ? Do you have link ?
His base and footwork is the source of the speed and power, he got a solid foundation to release deadly short but fast flurries combined with angle of attack.
how to get that Brother? 💪
Mostly foot work training , road runs and other lower body exercise your main target will be the calves then sharpen your hand and foot coordination.
@@nikolaizetrov617 i had started boxing recently for self defense against some bodybuilder bullies in college ..but if I do too much running , won't i lose muscle ? I mean to say is size or muscle important in fighting?
Strength and conditioning training in combat sport is focused on muscle endurance and cardio, the goal is to strengthen your body with just the right amount of muscles to hone and make it mature for the purpose attaining speed, endurance, flexibility and dexterity which is important in combat sports specially boxing and MMA, their training program differs from that of bodybuilding. Cardio, speed, strength and conditioning, mastery of fighting techniques and skills is among others that combats sports excels.
@@axelblaze9927 too much muscle isn't good if youre wanting to actual box unless youre trying to fight like mike. Find what balance you like.
We still love you Manny! And yes I am a Mayweather fan goes to show I like boxing not fighters based on W-L records nationality or popularity...
Then why would you be a Mayweather fan? xD
That dude's attitude is literally garbage, as for his fighting style, I believe I would call it "dance around them until they get tired" style. I dunno if evading your opponent in a close quarters fight qualifies as "combat readiness" but hey if someone wants to try to fight you for 30 minutes while you run away let 'em try I guess.
@@dayvid_danger mayweathers reflexes and counter punching is crazy good. Plus when he was younger he was a brawler he broke his hands a lot and stopped fighting that style.
@@dayvid_danger
It’s not about the attitude. It’s about the skills my guy.
@@kendrickisthegoat7491 yeah dude. Zoomers doesnt know about floyd during his early years in boxing.
He's a world champion boxer in 8 divisions. Ffs keep your bullshit shadow boxing comments to yourself.
Shiraz Hussain I love how you are saying it and not replying to someone else saying it. Did you see it to? It looked bad. And I'm not saying anything about his boxing, that would be retarded.
Is there a mosquito in my room? Oh, its just this guy's grunts :))
He would have punched me 16 times before I could say 'lightning'
yeah this is an old one for sure.i've watch this already before...but i love it.
to those that say this is pointless, you are wrong. why is pacquiao so fast? this is one of the reasons. you only get fast if you throw a lot of punches as fast as you could.
Troll shadowboxing isn't for increasing your punching speed. it is to make your footwork, rythm, combos and all that shit to become second nature so you don't have to think about it when you step in the ring and become more "relaxed". It also is great for finding new ways to fight an opponent as you visualise him or her fighting you. you do this either by imagining an opponent doing what you want him/her to do so you can train on your offensive/deffensive combos in a closer to real situation instead of just throwing combos not caring if it's doable or you imagine fighting your next opponent after watching his/her previous fights so you are "used" to fighting against him/her before actually doing it.
@@tigerbend1964 good shit
Really bro...wow amazing
Great vid ! In the middle it says Manny Pacquiao World Champion Boxer. Now you have to change it to World's Greatest Pound for Pound Boxer Ever. 😄🥊💢
Ever? Pls
i love how his hands are moving at the same speed of the camera taking pictures. TRUE ANIMAL.
This technique is used for athletes to visualise there aponent and practice until they get it better trust me it works
always good to share knowledge!

@xide3 i honestly dont know who is a better defensive fighter between sweet pea and pbf. ima big pea fan but i might have to go wit floyd. his punching stats are the best in boxing
My favorite boxer ever
anyone knows who is the lady standing with a camera in her hands? She is wearing the red/blue jacket and turns around and walks away at around 0:57...I have seen her at ring sides in previous fights of Manny. Who is she?
@SacSick lol that training sure works look how fast he does his combinations on ring
i agree to an extent. i also dont think anybody really knows what's going on behind the scenes. who knows if this is all just a big plan. they will fight. they have to.
Pacman is a class act.
Often when I see people doing shadowboxing, they usually don't do full movements, straight punches go something like half the distance, uppercuts are just small circular things happening real close to the chest. Why is this? Wouldn't it be better to shadow box with "full range of motion" (for the punch at hand)?
They do this to get fast punches because your punch is traveling half the distance.
How does doing half the motion make you faster? I mean, sure, you finish the motion "faster", but that's like saying practicing running half a marathon will make you a faster runner, because you finish earlier then you would have if you'd run a full marathon. :/
Having given it some more thought, isn't it more likely that speed is not at all what they are working on? But rather timing their hands to their body/feet movement? In that case I can buy it. Because then it's more about connecting the beginning and end of the punch with the rest of the body movement than practicing the actual punch.
+Fredrik Wahlgren Maybe because they are fast they have an advantage against someone who is slow and strong.
Vanessa Montanez of course speed is an advantage! I have not questioned that, what I question is that essentially doing half-reps would make you faster at doing full reps.
+Fredrik Wahlgren I don't think doing half-reps would make you faster at doing full-reps, but thats my opinion. You should try asking google.
maybe cuz he's punching air. If you could see what those punches do when they land...
Manny caught the guy's water bottle miss...
If this is lightning fast, how fast is his punches in super featherweight days?
Is this recently? This looks like the one VS Clottey to me.
hey is that the guy from creed at 3:16 by the camera man?
This man single handedly wiped and conquered 5 weight divisions ,let that sink in .
what do you call 1:03 to 1:05 , or does it not have a specific name
Are you from the UK or something?

@jiujitsujedi true but yet we all really know how skilled he is so he could flap his arms like a bird i still wouldn't wanna be on the recieving end of those punches
boxing not just about skills. there is ALOT more attributes to a great champion then just skills.
so lucky to be alive on this era

@boyeks id'e like to see you say that to floyd's face
I would feel so awkward if I was him...just hoppin around the ring with everyone staring like that
ah 2 years back..he was so fast :)

i think, because of the results of the marquez fights, that mayweather would beat pacquiao, but they're both getting older so its getting harder to say. i think it would be a great fight if it happened
exactly why muay Thai is dangerous. . that's why many fights prohibit elbow strikes, because it's more lethal to punches.
@gregorx911 you missed a couple of mmhmmhmhmhhmmms
