This is actually insane, I always wished for good redstone paint, but it always seemed impossible to do with convenient UI, but you guys did it with actual tools and tablet to draw and everything IN 24 HOURS. Also your vids on binary and stuff actually helped me understand some of the concepts in cs that i thought were just too difficult for my small brain to understand, you're awesome :P

Hi
WOW
@@Endermananimatesmj
I cant even make a working automatic sugarcane farm and you made MICROSOFT PAINT
It's so cool to see you expand on builds you've already made in the past to make even crazier stuff, super awesome!
im surprised there arent 500 replies saying "wHy ARe You HerE"

yo wassup tride? didnt know you were into technical redstone xD

That is mind blowing. Please do redstone computer tutorials. (You already did ALUs, RAM, ROM, and many other things, but just small stuff like flip flops and pointers and program counters.
pointers are just where you use the value of one register (or memory location, etc) as the address for accessing memory. if location 4 contains a 7, then using location 4 as a pointer will actually read from address 7
@@Scotty-vs4lf I know, I meant how to build them.
@@averagecodegame oh, i can break it down into smaller steps to recreate but without knowing what your build looks like its hard to say how to build it. using register x (Rx) as a pointer to a memory location, load Rx onto the bus and write to the memory address register, then read memory to the bus and the location pointed to by Rx has been read to the bus
@@Scotty-vs4lf Thanks, I got it now. It's just because I'm building a redstone CPU and I'm looking to make it as small as possible.
Bruh we both have the same profile
Wow
The eraser: what about me?!!!! HELP THEY FORGOT ME
I love how you use Minecraft redstoning as a medium to teach comp-sci content like ROM, RAM, and Encoding. Incredible video and insane build!
You know you've made it when sipover says "you guys won" and leaves
Finally another great creation by my favourite redstoner. And it was cool seing Matt as well.

This is insane...It’s impressive how much y’all were able to get done in that time! I mean I can't even make a simple redstone door and you made this insane thing, it just blows my mind! You guys did an amazing job!
This is crazy!!! This 12 minute video felt like 5 seconds, and the storytelling is amazing! You've got a new viewer!

You did really well, I really liked it. Don't stress yourself too much and keep it up with your work.

Haven't done redstone for ages, still love to make insane machines now and then in SMP's, but never really just messed around making something. And I love this. It bring's me so many memories from making games within redstone lamps and buttons and stuff. Just gg man, you have hella talent.
Super great video makes excited to learn more and get started! Love the "stay organized" motto !!
Dude this is so cool! I'm so happy you are starting to get noticed for your skills
i have no clue how you make your stuff so organized. when i tried organizing my projects everything just got so cluttered and it was impossible to hook everything up to the output system i had made...
Wow, this is IMPRESSIVE! 6 minutes in and I just subscribed. Good video quality and editing too! Keep up the great work, you're already legendary!
Best explanation by far for us totally new to the software, thanks for your ti man, really looking forward to learning how to make so
It's so pleasing. The setuping and mastering softs amazing.
One potentially killer project could be a "battle arena" for a card game like Vintage Beef is making on Hermitcraft. Quite some stuff to keep track on
I like watching these videos although deep down I know that I failed at making Connect 4 because I couldn't plan the number of blocks needed.
Very informative, I greatly appreciate you Bro!
It really worked for me after I look and try some tutorials, yours is the one that worked. Owe you a lot.
Honestly your videos inspire me alot when it comes to technical minecraft, and even programming and engineering itself!
I love these kinds of things. It's like saying "command blocks don't exist". Amazing big redstone builds!!!

Best. Redstoner. ever.
You guys are the literal Greek gods of Minecraft. The amount of thought and care put into these builds is insane. You guys coded programs and ROMS in a block game? How. My mind is blown, and I truly believe that I have witnessed a work of gods.
No reply let me fix this

I know you said you didn't have time to finish the build in 24 hours but you and sloimay should definitely complete this on your own.
Technical question: would it be possible to add an erase feature? Keep all the functions but turn off the blocks instead?
Wow the stuff with the barrels is so cool!
With all the soft soft tutorials that exist on YT, yours just created that "light bulb illumination" mont in my head. Thanks for taking the
I designed my own input system. It uses signal strength :)
You start with the 16×16 square of tripwire. A player always stands in a rectangle.
You can measure the corners of the rectangle using four signal strength inputs. This allows for tiny input. You transmit everything using instant comparators, because saying something is instant sounds cool!
Damn, this is too amazing!! :D Good job you two!
Thank you for explaining this thoroughly!
coo lman! congrats on 70k!
Hey, I got a question. Could you do a more in depth memory operations video?
I'm not a redstone pro, but i was trying to make a stationary noteblock player - have all noteblocks in one place, and memory-driven redstone pulse generator held seperately, instead of having these long lines of noteblocks - too much walking for listeners, especially for long songs. This, if it worked, would have eliminated the large part of sound delay or muting (due to distance).
OFC, the way I see it, every song would need 4 memory modules, bc I think the memory you used last video had a latency of 4 (so 4 memory blocks with 1 delay between them would be needed?). Encoding could be painful as well, unless I managed to keep the copy - the only way I thought of was adding a backup copy of all memory that would be written as the main is read, and copied back when done... I probably have a bunch of research to do yet, but do you see any simpler way to do that? Currently my idea seems kind of... big. ~1600 noteblocks (which, to be fair can be cut down - i do not need every instrument, perhaps 2 or 3), a lot of wire, and the memory itself... well, a bit clunky.
You should make the firework display
This was so helpful!! Thank you
This is one of those videos that you don't understand but also can't stop watching
Insane redstone/esiting skills!!!
Good job
as someone who doesn't know ANYTHING abt coding or redstone, watching this video has encouraged me to learn more abt coding and Minecraft redstone builds. yall are amazing

This channel is insanely underrated.
HOW DO PEOPLE CASUALLY DO THIS I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO BUILD A FLYING MACHINE
Edit: i meant the piston flying doors
Its so simple dude
I like how you explain how things work to your viewers, even hoping we would learn something. The way you explain it is well enough I can understand at least a quarter with my few brain cells.
Love your stuff! Big help!
That's insane, i'm sure you could do an actual computer with a running OS if redstone was instant (maybe there are mods for that ?)
There are, and he did make an 8 bit computer eventually
@@thethree13o I meant like a computer with an actual OS like we have in the real world (and since it could be hard with redstone delays that's why I was talking about a potential mod to solve that)
@spokloo ohhh. Yeah that sounds cool
Minecrosoft paint.
So true tho
Thanks for the motivation. I wasn't sure if I could do it, but I might try it eventually.
This works. Recommended to try this out. Thanks a lot for your help
Bro how 💀 you made a computer 💀
Imagine how satisfying a fill tool would be
Thankx for breaking it down.. great tutorial for beginners
The latency has improved so much I imagine you could increase the size of the screen without increasing the display cable.
It would control it in quadrants and switch between it on an interval that you'd have to manually time
It's my first time finding out about this channel :> Redstone is definitely not my thing but he makes it very interesting to listen to. A sub from me! 👌
seriously helped thank you!!
Bro, last week I spent 5 hours trying to figure out how to make a 2 x 2 pisten door, and you guys are freaking doing rocket science in minecraft within minutes.

Wow! It works! The first time i tried it took forever to activate and when I disabled my antivirus it worked like in less than a minute! Thanks bro!
So cool. I think it is so cool that you can finish something this big in only 24 hrs

You just got a new sub. Insane
